Test Automation Engineer 

Job Description

We build Enterprise-Scale AI/ML-powered products for Manufacturing, Sustainability and Supply Chain. We are looking for a quality assurance engineer to help us maintain our level of quality and reliability. By joining our team, you will take part in various projects, assessing software quality by designing and implementing software testing processes.

What You'll Do

You will take ownership of software quality through exploratory and automated tests. You will hunt bugs, identify issues, report them, and see that they are dealt with. There are no shortcuts to achieving greatness: It is a lot of work. But once you are at the top, you will enjoy the view. 

•      Conducts computer system validations through automation and owns its compliance.

•      Key activities require collaborating with teams and working with product team to ensure our product meet the business requirements. 

Requirements & Skills

•      Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MCA or equivalent practical experience

•      3+ years of experience in functional automation testing and test management with full development lifecycle experience, including designing, developing, and implementing test strategy, test plans, test processes, test scenarios, test cases

•      Experience in software quality testing of web client/server and web services applications using automation test tools

•      Working experience of testing tools like selenium, rest assured, cucumber, cypress, penetration test tools 

•      Experience in System Integration testing, Regression testing, Performance testing, Load testing, Penetration Testing and User acceptance testing

•      Experience in implementing different automation development efforts in Agile/Scrum and Waterfall development environments

•      Experience in creating Test Plans, Test Scripts, Test Scenarios and Test Reports using High Level and Detailed Design and/or using the requirement and its acceptance criteria.

•      Experience in creating requirement traceability matrix (RTM), and software quality assurance metrics like test execution status, defect report and daily/weekly status reports and release documents

•      Possessing good understanding of risk management, security architecture, common design flaws/weaknesses and vulnerability analysis

•      Provide Information security solution and design advice and counsel to portfolio personnel, project teams and the Business ensuring proper balance of business needs, risk, and cost • Knowledge of working in DevSecOps environment

•      Understanding of java, java script, python, SQL, xml, html, soap, rest, json

•      Understanding of identity and access management technologies, saml, oauth, pki management, web sso, tsl, ssl, federated identity

•      Understanding of cloud platform like azure, AWS (amazon web services)

•      Has done test management and automation in jira

Nice to have:

•      Specialties include SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) process, System architecture, Access Management, Configuration management, Security assessment, Vulnerability management, Change Management, Incident Management, Business continuity planning and Disaster recovery planning

•      Excellent communication, interpersonal skills & ability to work with multiple personality types

•      Strong ability to think and communicate at the conceptual, logical to the detailed levels

Role & Responsibilities

• Should be capable of creating the full stack of UX deliverables, from personas & storyboards to information architecture, define flows & journeys and wireframes.
• Using any means necessary to develop high and low fidelity prototypes to make the design case internally and externally to customers.
• Analyze data and devise strong companion visualizations and interaction design.
• Achieve consensus and communicate design requirements.
• Develop alternative approaches to meeting product requirements, using judgment to suggest optimal solutions to design problems that balance customer need, business constraints, and technological realities.
• Take responsibility for creating the wireframes of key customer experiences and projects, concentrating on end-to-end scenarios and key user tasks.
• The individual should be comfortable working with senior members of the management team and clients in interactive design sessions.
• Mentor talented junior members of your team to become well-rounded design professionals.

Experience:

• Ideally a design degree preferred in UX design or cognitive science/human factors.
• 6+ years of UX design experience is preferred.
• An outstanding Portfolio is a must. Portfolio should showcase a good mix of web, mobile apps and Enterprise Platforms.
• Capable of defining and implementing design systems; demonstrate experience with industry/platform standards.
• Prior experience in conceptual development and creative interactive prototypes.
• Excellent strategic problem-solving skills in the field of design.
• Demonstrated ability to successfully manage several projects simultaneously.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze an application and transform the design to make it simple and easy to use.
• Ability to gather and synthesize information quickly and efficiently.
• Able to successfully negotiate a range of projects, from vague to well-defined, simple to complex, implementation to innovation.
• Needs to have a very good understanding of emotional design principles.
• Effective communicator, presenter, and negotiator.
• Experience with major design tools including Figma, Adobe XD, Whimsical and Invision etc.

Main Purpose of Job:

1. Responsible for Lead Generation and Client Conversion (Closing deals with Pharmacies and Doctors)

2. Working on Client Retention and Marketing Strategies (Onboarding patients by doing promotional activities)

3. Cold calling and Field sales activities.
