About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Full Stack Developer with strong architectural and development experience using Node.js, Next.js, and Firebase Firestore. The ideal candidate should have built complete CMS systems from scratch, with solid command of both frontend and backend architectures, clean coding principles, and modern JavaScript tooling.

This is a high-impact role requiring deep technical knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to contribute to the core engineering efforts of a fast-paced product environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack web applications using Node.js and Next.js
• Design and manage cloud-native databases using Firebase Firestore, including rules, queries, and performance optimization
• Build highly responsive and dynamic user interfaces using shadcn/ui, Tailwind CSS, and TanStack (React Query, React Table)
• Apply clean code principles (SOLID, DRY, KISS, YAGNI) to create maintainable, scalable solutions
• Implement metaprogramming techniques such as higher-order functions, dynamic modules, and decorators
• Develop and integrate RESTful and GraphQL APIs
• Handle secure authentication, authorization, and user management
• Lead or significantly contribute to CMS development projects
• Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and enforce best practices

Required Skills

✅ 5–7 years of full-stack development experience

✅ Expertise in Node.js, Next.js, and JavaScript/TypeScript

✅ Demonstrated experience in building a custom CMS end-to-end

✅ Solid understanding of Firebase Firestore including security rules, real-time updates, and performance tuning

✅ Advanced knowledge of clean code architecture and reusable coding techniques

✅ Experience working with both REST and GraphQL APIs

Responsibilities

● Serve as the inside sales representative, connecting with as many leads as possible determining if they are good customer fits and be a true LambdaTest evangelist.

● Fully focused on outreach, prospecting, and lead qualification.

● Should always prioritise tasks based on (prospect’s/ customer’s) response, interest, and business needs.

Requirements

● 2 - 4 years of Sales/ SDR/ Market Research/ Lead Generation/ Cold Calling experience in SaaS

● B.Tech in C.S, I.T, or related field is a plus

● Functional experience in prospecting tools and CRM platforms, like - Sales Navigator, Zoom info,

ZOHO, SFDC etc

● Proficient in lead generation and appointment setting via cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn

connects, etc

● Exceptional prospecting, discovery, and qualification skills.

● Should be able to connect and develop relationships with CXO level executives over the phone/ con-calls

● Must be organised, articulate and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a dynamic, fast-

changing environment

enterprise companies. 

As a Vue.js Developer, you will be responsible for developing user interfaces and web applications using Vue.js framework, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and implementing front-end solutions that align with business requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain user-facing features using Vue.js framework.
• Collaborate with the design and backend teams to implement intuitive and responsive user interfaces.
• Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code using best practices and coding standards.
• Optimize application performance and ensure scalability.
• Participate in code reviews, bug fixing, and troubleshooting to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Work closely with product managers and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in Vue.js and front-end development.
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior developers when needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience as a Vue.js Developer or a similar role.
• Strong proficiency in Vue.js and its core principles.
• Proficient understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
• Experience with Vue CLI, Vuex, Vue Router, and other relevant Vue.js libraries and tools.
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and integration of front-end applications with backend services.
• Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
• Experience with testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Mocha) and writing unit tests.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to debug complex issues.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with other front-end frameworks such as React or Angular.
• Knowledge of server-side technologies such as Node.js or Express.js.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
