
Technical Design Lead
If you are an advanced Software developer, having experience in leading a team, who has experience in developing platforms or frameworks, components and having knowledge of the open-source software/ tools/ technologies, then you are the one we are looking for.
Preference for candidates who have been exposed to Blockchain and Fin-Tech domains. The candidate will have to architecting and develope Software Programmes based on requirements provided.
The codebase the candidate develops should be of high quality and should be modular, scalable and re-usable at all times. There should be a focus all the time to promote SRE (Site Reliability Engineering) to ensure all of the services are Highly-Available and Fault Tolerant at all times.

- Consolidate our technology platforms and create plans for each Track, analyze and monitor technology performance metrics.

Job Description:

- Requirement gathering and stakeholder management for client projects.
- Scope software development projects, create various documents (e.g. SRS, wireframes etc) and define development roadmap along side technical lead.

Skillsets required
Fullstack PHP Developer
Backend in Core PHP with API integration experience Must have good US experience HTML5 CSS3 Angular JavaScript
- 3 to 8 years of work experience in FrontEnd development.
- At least 2-year experience in. React js/NextJs/React Native
- HTML, CSS3 and Responsive web design are compulsory
- Experience integrating APIs and Graphql services using React

Quick prototyping : Be able to prototype a product quickly to demonstrate value

Skills / Qualification / Experience :
- 3+ years in product management preferably from product based company.
- Experience of driving a mobile app from scratch to launch.
- Strong depth and breadth knowledge in optimization, prototyping.
- Research and prioritize user requirements, strategic and business requirements, and functional requirements
- Stellar design instincts.
- Ability to leverage data to make decisions without getting stuck in analysis paralysis and a never ending desire to grow and learn
- Translating customer experiences/issues into the product
- Ability to work on cross-functional teams in both leadership and member roles
- Experience working on gaming/retail/e-commerce would be added advantage.
- Ability to Provide review and input into other deliverables as appropriate (e.g. visual designs or technical specifications )
