About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Senior Data Analyst to join our Chennai team. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in T-SQL/PL-SQL, data platform management, and reporting tools, along with experience in database administration and performance tuning. You will play a key role in transforming raw data into meaningful insights that drive business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Write complex queries using T-SQL / PL-SQL to extract, manipulate, and analyze data.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations using modern reporting platforms (Power BI, SSRS, etc.).
• Manage and maintain the data platform to ensure availability, accuracy, and security.
• Support database administration tasks including backups, restores, access management, and monitoring.
• Perform performance tuning of SQL queries and databases to ensure optimal response times.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver actionable insights.
• Ensure data integrity and consistency across all reporting systems.

Mandatory Skills:

• T-SQL / PL-SQL – Advanced query writing and stored procedure development.
• Reporting Platforms – Experience with tools like Power BI, SSRS, Tableau, etc.
• Data Platform Management – Knowledge of modern data ecosystems (SQL Server, Oracle, Azure Data Services, etc.).
• Database Administration – Proficient in handling database maintenance, security, and monitoring.
• Performance Tuning – Strong understanding of optimizing SQL queries and database performance.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with cloud-based data services (Azure, AWS, etc.)
• Knowledge of ETL tools and data warehousing concepts
• Understanding of data governance and compliance

About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior React Native Developer with backend experience to join our team and lead the development of our cross-platform mobile application and its supporting backend services. You'll play a pivotal role in building, launching, and scaling a high-performance app that runs seamlessly on both iOS and Android — all from a single codebase — while also architecting and maintaining robust backend infrastructure in Node.js.

• Lead the end-to-end development of a cross-platform mobile application using React Native.
• Build and maintain backend services and APIs using Node.js, ensuring scalability and performance.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver intuitive and seamless user experiences.
• Design and implement secure, reusable, and modular components (both frontend and backend).
• Optimize app and API performance across a wide range of devices and platforms.
• Ensure app and backend compliance with modern security, performance, and design standards.
• Set up and manage CI/CD pipelines for both frontend and backend (e.g., Fastlane, EAS, GitHub Actions).
• Integrate third-party APIs, services, analytics, push notifications, and more.
• Manage app store submissions and backend deployments.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to establishing mobile and backend development best practices.

Requirements

Must-Have:

• 5+ years of experience in full-stack or mobile application development.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with React Native.
• 2+ years of experience working with Node.js for backend development.
• Strong understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and modern React architecture.
• Experience designing and integrating RESTful APIs, managing authentication, and handling network issues.
• Deep knowledge of mobile app development lifecycle for both iOS and Android.
• Familiarity with native build tools (Xcode, Android Studio).
• Solid grasp of mobile UI/UX principles and performance optimization techniques.
• Proficiency with Git, GitHub/GitLab, and agile workflows.
• Experience with features like push notifications, deep linking, in-app purchases, and analytics SDKs.

Preferred:

• Experience with Expo or EAS for managed workflows.
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools (Fastlane, Bitrise, GitHub Actions, etc.).
• Exposure to native modules (Objective-C/Swift and Java/Kotlin).
• Familiarity with automated testing frameworks (Jest, Detox, etc.).
• Experience publishing apps to the App Store and Google Play.
• Prior experience in startups or high-growth product environments.
• Working knowledge of databases (e.g., MongoDB, PostgreSQL) and cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS, Firebase).

1. Design and Development:

• Design, create, and modify websites.
• Convert written, graphic, audio, and video components to compatible web formats.
• Create website layout/user interfaces by using standard HTML/CSS practices.

1. Maintenance and Evaluation:

• Regularly update websites to ensure they are visually appealing, accurate, and reflect the latest content.

• Can-do attitude to ensure the entire operations go smoothly.

• Extracting, transforming, and loading data into internal databases.
• Optimizing our new and existing data pipelines for speed and reliability.

• Documenting and managing multiple repositories of code.

• Experience with Pandas to process the data and Jupyter notebooks to keep it all together. 
• Familiar with pulling and pushing files from SFTP and AWS S3.  Familiarity with AWS Athena and Redshift is mandatory. 
• Familiarity with SQL programming to query and transform data from relational Databases. 
• Familiarities with AWS Cloud and Linux (and Linux work environment) are mandatory.
