1. PHP Devops (AM – PHP/Devops)

• Web developer ( PHP - Android / DevOps )
• Must have 3 years of PHP team lead experience
• Must have good experience in PHP and its MVC frameworks
• Experience in MySQL(5.6+) tuning and management
• Experience in developing Continuous Integration/ Continuous Delivery pipelines (CI/ CD). Must have good knowledge and experience of DevOps tools like Jenkins , GitLab , Sonarqube etc
• Knowledge of Low Code & No code Mobile Application Development Platform for rapid development , testing & deployment for enterprise mobile application will be an added advantage.
• Good knowledge in web and mobile cybersecurity will be preferred.
• Awareness of various automated testing tools like selenium, j Meter, Unit Testing will be of added advantage
• Should have worked on large scale enterprise application
• Experience in Linux web server management
• Required to have excellent business analysis and system design skills with UI/UX
• Experience in Project and team management

About the Role:

We are seeking a talented and motivated L2 Software Development Engineer to join our dynamic team. As an L2 engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions while working closely with cross-functional teams. Your role will include troubleshooting complex issues, implementing best practices, and contributing to the architecture and scalability of our systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and maintain software solutions in accordance with business and technical requirements.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code, following industry standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver new features and improvements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex software issues across multiple systems and layers of the stack.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
• Conduct code reviews, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to continuous improvements in development processes.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), from requirement gathering to deployment and monitoring.
• Stay updated with emerging trends and technologies in software development and actively contribute to process improvements.
• Document technical specifications, architecture, and development processes.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in software development, with expertise in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, C++, JavaScript, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of object-oriented design, algorithms, and data structures.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
• Solid understanding of databases (SQL and/or NoSQL) and API design (RESTful/GraphQL).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex software issues.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
• Experience working in an Agile development environment.

Preferred:

• Experience with front-end technologies (React, Angular, or Vue.js) or mobile development is a plus.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools for automation and infrastructure management.
• Familiarity with testing frameworks and best practices in software testing (unit, integration, end-to-end testing).
• Experience working with microservices architecture and distributed systems.

SUMMARY OF THE POSITION: 

Product Development Engineer is responsible for front end development of modules of enliven CEM. 

The engineer is responsible for end to end delivery of specific components in the module and integrate them with existing modules 

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Working with technical architects, able to convert the architecture into design and code in Java (Spring Boot), AngularJS, and NodeJS. 

• Able to generate LLD documents. 

• Ability to write Quality code with minimum defects. 

• Unit Test and following the coding standards. 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS: 

• 5+ years strong programming and logical skills in Java (Spring Boot), AngularJS, Object Oriented Java script, NodeJS and HTML5 

• Hands on Experience on Java (Spring Boot), and MySQL is mandatory. Must have completed at least 2 full projects using Spring boot and AngularJS.

• Excellent knowledge and experience in Spring JPA, RESTful web services implementation.

• NodeJS experience is value add 

• Should have participated in, and be familiar with, Agile (Scrum) project methodology and practices.

• Must be able to mentor and guide junior technical resources. 

• One who is proactive and comes forward with technology related initiatives. Motivated selfstarter. 

• Good Communication skills. English - Oral and Written.

You will be part of the founding team at LDU and will be responsible for the end-to-end technology of the company including:

- Formulate long-term technology & product strategy along with implementation roadmap, while envisioning the tech-stack required to scale the business 100X

- Architecting and engineering solutions across the entire technology stack including front-end, back-end, infrastructure, architecture, server-side engineering, UI, etc. in line with the company's strategy.

- Plan and collaborate with the other teams including marketing/ growth, customer success/ sales, design, operations, etc. to implement new product features, growth hacks/ initiatives identified through user interviews/ insights, etc in a timely manner.

- Build processes/mechanisms to track the KPIs across product/ technology and ensure religious execution of the targets

- Build and lead the technology team including the engineering team, product team, Quality Assurance, etc.

Qualifications include:

• Strong CS fundamentals including familiarity with data structures and especially the asynchronous challenges that face JavaScript developers today.   
• Experience developing in at least 2 server side languages (PHP, node.js, …)  
• Experience developing in at least 1 client side JS framework (ReactJS, Angular, …)  
• Experience testing software in alignment with the Test Pyramid.  
• Experience with datastores, either SQL (MySQL preferred) or NoSQL, and the ability to talk deeply about them.  
• Able to identify the source of complex problems occurring as a result of multiple systems interacting (experience with observability tools such as datadog/newrelic is a plus).   
• Experience working on a team of 5 engineers plus supporting roles (e.g. QA, design, etc), preferably as a Senior Software Engineer.  
• Experience with code review, being able to sign-off on another team member’s code ensuring high quality standards.  
• Be self-sustained even when tackling the highest profile, most difficult work across the organization.  
• Willingness to accept responsibility and be accountable not only for your own work but the work of the team as a whole.  
• Experience working with other people’s code, how to dig into it and make tactical changes with minimal side effects.  
• A solid understanding of how to break down user stories and give estimates that include accessibility and security requirements.
