Job Description: Telecaller / Pre-Sales Executive

Role: Telecaller / Pre-Sales Executive

Role Objective

To generate, qualify, and nurture leads through outbound and inbound calling, supporting the

sales and business development team.

Key Responsibilities

● Make outbound calls to prospective clients using provided databases

● Handle inbound inquiries and explain company services clearly

● Qualify leads based on defined criteria (requirement, budget, timeline)

● Schedule meetings/demos for the Business Development team

● Follow up with leads via calls, WhatsApp, and email

● Maintain accurate lead data and call logs in CRM or tracking sheets

● Meet daily/weekly calling and lead qualification targets

● Handle basic objections and provide standard information

● Coordinate with sales and marketing teams for smooth lead handover

● Share feedback and market insights gathered from calls

Skills & Requirements

1. Excellent written and verbal communication skills

2. Knowledge of technical aspects of search engines, search algorithms, ranking factors etc.

3. Demonstrated knowledge of SEO skills like on-page SEO, website analytics.

4. Strong operational excellence in link building – NOT outdated practices like (directories,

bookmarking, etc.)

5. Knowledge of outreach to editors to form collaborations for publishing our content on their

portal – this is a must have. Candidate to show clear experience of achieving this in this past

employment.

6. Strong experience in the use of Google Analytics and Google Search Console

7. Ability to solve problems and identify opportunities through data analysis and critical

thinking

8. Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple

projects and responsibilities

Responsibilities:

·      - Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for both online and offline sales channels.

·      - Generate leads and drive sales through digital marketing, social media, email campaigns, and traditional marketing methods.

·      - Manage and nurture relationships with clients and customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

·      - Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer behavior to adjust strategies and improve sales performance.

·      - Prepare and present detailed sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.

Qualifications:

Big Data Engineer- SCALA

Required Skills:

1. Experience in building modern and scalable REST – based microservices using Scala, preferably with Play as MVC framework.

2. Expertise with functional programming using SCALA

3. Experience in implementing RESTful web services in Scala, Java or similar languages.

4. Experience with No SQL and SQL databases.

5. Experience in information retrieval and machine learning

6. Experience/ knowledge in big data using Scala spark, ML, Kafka, and Elastic search will be plus.

• Hands-on experience in SharePoint Online development using SharePoint framework (SpFx), React JS, Typescript, and CSOM.
