Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced backend developer, who is proactive, a quick learner, and has a go-getter attitude to join our team. As a Backend Developer, you will be responsible for developing high-quality server-side web applications as well as for the integration of the front-end part. It is an individual contributor role wherein you would work with a small but highly competitive and effective team.

Responsibilities:

• Experience in the development of high-performance APIs.
• Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
• Advanced debugging/testing/optimization skills.
• Analyze and maintain existing software applications.
• Design highly scalable, testable code.
• Discover and fix programming bugs.

Requirements:

• Prior work experience as a backend developer
• Hands-on experience in PHP, Node js, MySQL, REST APIs, MicroServices, Apache.
• Good understanding of technology-related products and services.
• Exposure to Azure/Google cloud, any PHP Framework and Angular is a plus
• BE/BTech Computers, MSc/MCA or similar
• Experience: 2 to 6 years

• Discussing project aims with the client and development team.
• Designing and building web applications using Laravel.
• Troubleshooting issues in the implementation and debug builds.
• Working with front-end and back-end developers on projects.
• Testing functionality for users and the backend.
• Ensuring that integrations run smoothly.
• Scaling projects based on client feedback.
• Recording and reporting on work done in Laravel.
• Maintaining web-based applications.
• Presenting work in meetings with clients and management.

• Key areas of responsibilities:- 
• Maintenance and enhancements of current websites.
• System requirement gathering, development, testing and maintenance for new websites or applications.
• Managing user access to the various components of the company’s IT infrastructure based on an assessment of the user requirement and security.
• Managing the admin section for the company’s websites.
  Creating an environment for Dreamweaver editor for users to develop applications.
• Documentation Designing a database and coordinating the UI design.
• Integrating the MySQL database with the PHP applications.
  Maintaining web-based PHP applications.
• Designing and developing applications and websites.
  Resolving issues related to PHP development in different applications.
  
  
• Experience and skills required:- 
  
  Skills : PHP, Mysql, MVC, JS, JQUERY,HTML,CSS, AJAX , WORDPRESS.
  
  Experience : Min 3 year Qualification: Any technical background (MCA, BE, MSC Computer etc)

• Build efficient, testable, and reusable PHP modules
• Write all clean object-oriented PHP as well as efficient SQL
• Integrate features and improvements that can support our large-and-growing SAAS product.
• Take initiative and contribute to technical solutions, R&D.
• Contribute to internal tools/processes that help us manage the product and QA cycle
• Perform Unit testing.
• Opportunity to learn and work on interesting solutions like Application Scaling, Microservices, Batch Processing, Javascript frameworks like ReactJS.
• Keep abreast of new trends and best practices in web development
• Adhere to milestones assigned

Skills:

• Must require solid programming proficiency with Core PHP.
• Strong knowledge of OOPS and how to apply it in application code is a must.
• Basic understanding of front-end technologies, such as JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3
• Familiarity with SQL databases and their declarative query languages.
• Exposure to designing and building APIs (REST/HTTP/Soap) is highly preferred.
• Understanding the fully synchronous behavior of PHP
• Experience with any MVC framework is an added advantage.
• Proficient understanding of software testing
• Understanding of code versioning tools, such as Bitbucket, Git is an advantage
• Understanding of product development environments and methodologies like Agile highly preferred
• Good problem-solving skills.

Desired Profile:

• Minimum 1.5 years of experience developing web applications and understanding modern PHP standards.
• The candidate should be willing to work with a startup/mid-size company.
• The candidate must love to code and must possess a thorough knowledge of web technologies.
• Motivated and ambitious to learn new technologies, grow as a leader in quick time.
• Good communication skills - must be able to explain work and provide answers in English
