
Job Title: Technical Customer Success Manager

About the Role:
We are looking for a Technical Customer Success Manager who can combine strong technical expertise with excellent relationship-building skills. The ideal candidate will ensure our customers achieve maximum value from our solutions, reduce churn, and identify opportunities for expansion. You'll work closely with both customers and internal teams to deliver seamless onboarding, provide technical guidance, and drive long-term customer success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for assigned customers.
• Drive smooth onboarding and product implementation for new clients.
• Understand customer requirements and map them effectively to product features.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting while ensuring quick resolution of issues.
• Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with customer stakeholders.
• Conduct regular health checks and business reviews to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to convey customer feedback.
• Proactively identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities and collaborate with sales teams.
• Monitor customer adoption, usage, and engagement metrics to ensure long-term retention.
• Create and share documentation, FAQs, and best practices to enable customers.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
• B.Tech (Engineering) graduate with 2-3 years of experience in Customer Success / Technical Support / Pre-Sales / Implementation.
• Strong technical acumen with the ability to understand software products, APIs, integrations, and workflows.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Outstanding communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple customer accounts simultaneously with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with Customer Success tools (e.g., HubSpot, Gainsight, Salesforce, or similar) is a plus.
• Proactive mindset with a focus on delivering customer outcomes and reducing churn.

- Monitor, measure, and report on production-related process performance, and general issues; update daily production reports;

1. Ability to work independently and to set priorities while managing several projects simultaneously; strong attention to detail is essential.
2.Collaborates with Business Systems Analysts and/or directly with key business users to ensure business requirements and report specifications are documented accurately and completely.
3.Develop data field mapping documentation.

7. Analysis and rationalization of reports.
8. Support QA and UAT teams in defining test scenarios and clarifying requirements.
9. Effectively communicate results of the data analysis to internal and external customers to support decision making.
10.Follows established SDLC, change control, release management and incident management processes.
11.Perform source data analysis and assessment.
12. Perform data profiling to capture business and technical rules.
13. Track and help to remediate issues and defects due to data quality exceptions.

The ROLE
- Handle the inbound interest received by Marquee
- Get the inbound leads to setup an online demo with us
- Conduct a small research on the prospect’s company and background prior to the demo to conduct a smooth sales call
- Conduct online demos with the prospects and turn them into paying customers
- Ensure that the product demo is neat and organized
- Work with the prospects to understand their needs and pitch them the right Marquee product to solve their problems
- Manage on-going relationships with customers
- Run strategic follow ups (Calls/texts/emails) on the prospects to get in maximum sales
- Strive to achieve the sales targets
- Work with our Founder on strategic alliances - potentially travelling to various financial centers globally

Job Overview :
This Jr. Developer position has design, development and maintenance responsibility for the software applications and processes associated with our product oriented company. This role will initially focus specifically on the developing application as per requirements provided by the product owner.
