About tealbox
Tealbox is a paid media agency working with B2B SaaS and DTC brands. We focus on Meta Ads, Google Ads, and YouTube, with an emphasis on:
- Measurable outcomes
- Structured decision-making
- Clear written communication
We operate as a lean, craft-focused team where depth in core platforms is prioritized over breadth.
About the role
We're looking for a Strategic Account Manager who can think like a business partner and operate with the ownership mindset needed to drive results.
You'll own a portfolio of client accounts, becoming the trusted leader responsible for their long-term success. You'll develop a deep understanding of each client's business, translate their priorities into clear direction, guide key decisions, challenge clients constructively when needed, and ensure consistently high-quality delivery. Through this, you'll build trusted partnerships, create exceptional client experiences, and grow the value of your portfolio over time.
This role isn't built around playbooks. It requires someone who enjoys solving unfamiliar problems, can navigate uncertainty with confidence, and takes ownership of finding the best way forward.
What you'll own
- Business Growth: Understand client businesses, identify growth opportunities, and make commercially sound recommendations that drive measurable business outcomes.
- Client Management: Manage client relationships end-to-end, build trust with stakeholders, ensure proactive communication, create an exceptional client experience, and drive long-term client success and retention.
- Performance Marketing: Manage and optimise ads across platforms, understand campaign performance and metrics, and use insights to improve ad effectiveness and client outcomes.
- Strategic Execution: Translate client goals into action by aligning internal teams, managing stakeholders, and ensuring exceptional execution at every stage.
- Portfolio Growth: Strengthen and grow your portfolio by increasing ad spend under management, expanding client partnerships, and driving long-term retention.
- Pod Leadership: Build a high-performing pod by strengthening the team, improving how work gets done, and contributing to sustainable pod growth.
We're looking for someone who
- Has 4 to 5 years of experience in Account Management, Client Servicing, Performance Marketing, or a similar client-facing role.
- Has strong business acumen and can understand what drives growth for a business.
- Has strong hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads, including campaign management, optimisation, and performance analysis.
- Brings analytical thinking and can translate insights into clear recommendations and action.
- Is comfortable operating in ambiguity and solving problems without predefined answers.
- Has the curiosity and courage to question existing approaches and find better ways of working.
- Can effectively manage multiple priorities, stakeholders, and competing demands without compromising quality.
A note on what this role is not
This isn't a role where you'll simply manage timelines, coordinate meetings, or pass information between clients and internal teams. We're looking for someone who will understand the business behind every account, take ownership of outcomes, and help clients grow their revenues and help them hit their targets.
Why join Tealbox
- Tealbox is a place where you get as much ownership as you want to take up, with a lot of flexibility. Being a young organisation, the kind of people who thrive here are ones who are proactive, want to grow fast, and are accountable.
- You get to solve business problems directly with clients here. Here, you get to be the big fish of this pond, instead of a small fish in a large ocean. What that gives you is the ability to cause change directly with decision makers on the client’s side.
- We love our freedom, and we respect each other’s freedom. There’s infinite freedom, but that comes with infinite accountability and high trust that you’ll need to build and maintain with your teammates.
- There’s freedom to think as boldly as you’d like, as long as you can also see it through in your actions.
- You’ll work with people who prioritise logic and business first thinking over anything else. It means calling out anything that feels illogical or not aligned with helping clients' businesses grow.
If this sounds like the kind of role where you’d thrive, we’d love to hear from you.
About Us
We believe the future of software development is AI-native — where engineers operate at a higher level of abstraction and quality remains non-negotiable.
Incubyte is a software craft consultancy where the “how” of building software matters as much as the “what”.
We partner with companies of all sizes, from helping enterprises build, scale, and modernize to early-stage founders bring their ideas to life.
Our engineers operate in an AI-native development model, using AI as a collaborator across the SDLC to accelerate development while upholding the discipline of software craftsmanship. Guided by Software Craftsmanship and Extreme Programming practices, we build reliable, maintainable, and scalable systems with speed, without compromising quality. If this way of building software resonates with you, we’d like to talk.
Our Guiding Principles
These principles define how we work at Incubyte. They are non-negotiable.
Relentless Pursuit of Quality with Pragmatism
We build high-quality systems without losing sight of delivery.
Extreme Ownership
We take responsibility end-to-end for decisions, execution, and outcomes.
Proactive Collaboration
We collaborate closely, challenge each other, and solve problems together.
Active Pursuit of Mastery
We continuously improve our craft and raise our bar.
Invite, Give, and Act on Feedback
We seek, give, and act on feedback to get better every day.
Ensuring Client Success
We act as trusted partners and focus on real outcomes, not just output.
Job Description
This is a remote position.
Experience Level
This role is ideal for professionals with a technical/engineering background who have transitioned into program management, client-facing, or pre-sales roles. We're looking for someone who can operate with minimal oversight, thrives in ownership-driven environments, and is equally comfortable in a room with engineers as in a room with clients evaluating a partnership.
What You'll Do as Account Manager
- Manage and drive technical programs from initiation to delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and to a high standard of quality
- Collaborate effectively with engineering, product, and other cross-functional teams to define project requirements, scope, and timelines
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks and dependencies, escalating issues as needed
- Track and communicate project status, progress, and key milestones to stakeholders
- Facilitate clear communication and alignment across teams
- Identify opportunities within existing and prospective client engagements, and pitch Incubyte's value add clearly — going beyond jargon to articulate real business impact
- Build and maintain trust with clients through consistent, high-quality communication and delivery
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our program management processes
Requirements
What You'll Bring
- A dev background — enough technical depth to understand engineering trade-offs, speak credibly with engineers, and translate technical work into business value
- A strong desire to learn, take ownership, and collaborate effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — not just fluency in language, but the ability to communicate at the right level of abstraction and add real value in every conversation
- Prior experience in sales or a client-facing capacity, with a demonstrated ability to identify opportunities and sell — pitching value, not just capability
- Proven ability to manage projects and deliver results
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to independently define and execute tasks
- Technical/Engineering background or MBA preferred
- Understanding of Agile methodologies, Scrum, and Sprints is a plus
- Familiarity with tools like Jira and Confluence is a plus
- Comfort working in a high-ownership.
What We Value
- Extreme ownership – you take responsibility for outcomes and drive work end-to-end
- Ability to execute independently and define problems, not just solve assigned tasks
- A strong product mindset – willingness to talk to customers, understand problems deeply, and define direction when needed
- The ability to build trust and sell value, not just deliver output
- High standards, autonomy, and a bias toward action.
Benefits
Life at Incubyte

Perks
- Dedicated learning & development budget.

About Codemonk
Codemonk is a product and digital engineering (PDE) services company. We build custom software across three service lines: Enterprise AI (knowledge retrieval, agentic workflows, process automation), Enterprise Application Engineering (portals, platforms, and enterprise integrations), and Computer Vision & Industrial AI (safety monitoring, quality inspection, spatial intelligence). We work with global enterprises, including a long-standing relationship with a Fortune 500 FMCG company, alongside specialized industrial and technology clients across India and Japan. About the role You'll own a portfolio of existing accounts spanning our largest strategic relationships and a set of smaller, recurring accounts. Twelve months in, you will be running structured account plans for your top accounts, owning the commercial relationship — pricing, negotiation, deal shaping — rather than relaying proposals from our pre-sales team. You'll have built a track record of self-originated cross sell and upsell opportunities across all three of Codemonk's service lines. On our very largest accounts, you'll operate alongside company leadership, who stay involved as executive sponsors — this role is the account strategist and day-to-day commercial owner, not a replacement for that senior relationship.
What you'll do
• Own the commercial relationship for a named portfolio of existing accounts, spanning global enterprise and mid-market industrial clients, from high-touch strategic accounts to lighter touch recurring ones
• Build and maintain structured account expansion plans — growth levers, quarterly roadmap, risk register — for your top accounts, and run regular account reviews.
• Proactively identify and pitch cross-sell and upsell opportunities across Codemonk's three service lines, rather than waiting for the client to ask
• Own pricing strategy and commercial structuring for deals within your accounts, partnering with our pre-sales team for technical scoping and estimates rather than simply passing their output through
• Track account health signals — utilization, satisfaction, delivery feedback — in partnership with delivery teams, and convert them into commercial conversations before they become risks
• Keep CRM records for your accounts accurate and complete, as a byproduct of running the account well — not as the job itself
• Partner with company leadership on executive-level engagement (client visits, roadmap workshops) for your most strategic relationships
What we're looking for
Required
• 5–7 years of experience in account management, client partnership, or enterprise sales within a project-based professional services, IT services, or software consulting environment (not primarily subscription/SaaS customer success)
• Experience owning commercial outcomes for enterprise accounts — pricing conversations, contract negotiation, deal structuring — not just relationship maintenance
• A track record of growing revenue within existing accounts through self-originated cross sell or upsell, not only responding to inbound requests
• Comfort translating technical capability into business value for enterprise stakeholders, and partnering closely with technical or pre-sales teams for deeper scoping
• Strong CRM discipline and follow-through
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, comfortable navigating multiple levels of a large enterprise organization Preferred
• Experience managing accounts in FMCG, manufacturing, or industrial sectors
• Experience selling AI, data, or software services specifically
• Exposure to international client engagement, particularly Japan
• Experience building and running structured account plans or quarterly business reviews

The bet we're making
Most of what a media buyer does today - building campaigns, structuring accounts, reading reports, spotting the obvious optimisation - is going to be absorbed by AI. Not in five years. Now.
If that's right, the scarce skill in an agency stops being platform expertise. It becomes two things. Knowing what to point the systems at. And being the person a client actually trusts.
We're hiring for that role. You'd own a portfolio of client businesses. You'd run them through an AI layer we're building. You'd be the human accountable for what comes out. Not an account manager who uses AI. Someone whose job is to get far more done per person than the industry thinks possible.
About Tealbox
We're a paid media agency for B2B SaaS and DTC brands, on Meta, Google and YouTube. Accounts run from ₹5 lakh to ₹5 crore a month in ad spend. Small team, serious about the craft. We're working out what an agency should be once the execution gets automated.
What you'd own
- The portfolio. A book of client businesses, end to end. Measured on whether clients stay and grow and on the portfolio's margin - not on what you shipped.
- The client relationship. You're the person they call. You bring a point of view they didn't ask for. You tell them the truth when it's inconvenient. You say no when no is right.
- Quality control at scale. The hard part. Twenty accounts of AI-generated analysis means twenty accounts of plausible-looking output. Some of it is wrong. All of it is spending someone's money. You're the check.
- The AI layer, applied. We build the systems. You decide how they're used on each account. You spot where they're working and where they're producing confident nonsense. You tell us what to build next.
- A small pod. A couple of people plus the systems. You coach them and set how the pod works.
Who we're looking for
Five to ten years in account management, client servicing, performance marketing or growth. We care more about the shape of your judgment than the label on your CV.
- Business judgment. You see what actually drives a client's business. When you see a number, you have an instinct for whether it's plausible before you check.
- Client trust. You've held senior relationships and kept them. You've challenged a client and been right.
- AI fluency you can show. Not "I use ChatGPT." You've changed how you work. You know where the tools break. You've built something other people now use.
- The scepticism to catch a wrong answer. You don't accept confident output because it's well formatted.
On advertising knowledge, read carefully. You need to read performance data with confidence. You need to hold your own with a media buyer. You need to be credible with a client about why performance moved. That's a real bar and we'll test it. You do not need to build campaigns yourself. We think the buying craft moves into the systems. What doesn't move is judgment about whether the output is any good. If you're a strong media buyer who wants to keep building campaigns, this job will frustrate you.
Compensation
Fixed: ₹20–26 lakh a year, depending on experience. Variable: up to 20% of fixed, paid twice a year. Three targets: client retention in your portfolio, portfolio margin, and accounts under management.
Why this is worth your time
- You'd be early on the thing everyone's about to do. Every agency will claim to be AI-native within two years. You'd have actually done it, with proof.
- Your output is your market value. If you can run twenty-five accounts where a peer runs six, you're worth several times that peer in the market. The variable is built to reflect that. This role makes you more valuable, not more locked in.
- Direct line to the founder building the system you use. Your feedback goes straight to the person building it.
The honest version
- The AI layer runs on a few accounts today. It's being expanded. Some of what you need will be ready when you join. Some won't. You'd shape it from real problems.
- The ramp is real. You start with five to eight accounts, not twenty. Twenty to thirty is where this goes within a year, if the systems deliver. That's the direction, not the starting line.
- Gurgaon-based, hybrid, three days a week in office; days agreed with Varun.
- We work to the outcome. When a client outcome, a launch or a live problem needs attention outside normal hours, we deal with it. That expectation grows with seniority. Three things come with it. Your manager owes you recovery time after a heavy stretch. Anything that causes repeated out-of-hours work gets fixed as a process problem, not absorbed. And nobody here measures commitment by response time at midnight.
- We're mid-repair. We're a founder-led business fixing how it manages people. You'd be joining during, not after.
- Nobody has done this job before. Including us.
How we'll hire
Four rounds, quick, and you'll know where you stand at every step.
- Track record and business judgment: A conversation.
- Assignment: A three-hour take-home exercise.
- Client leadership: Assignment discussion and a live client role-play.
- Values and ways of working: A two-way conversation.
If this sounds like the kind of challenge you’d enjoy, we’d love to hear from you.

collaborative team of strategists, analysts, creatives, and engineers working across the broader
tech ecosystem – including Salesforce, Marketo, Adobe Experience Manager, and Adobe
Target – and you'll be a trusted voice in the room with our clients.
What You'll Do

design (XDM), identity resolution, and segmentation strategies
• Lead solution design sessions, translating business requirements into scalable, bestpractice
technical implementations
• Define implementation standards, patterns, and documentation for the AEP ecosystem
across client engagements
• Break down complex technical implementations into clear, manageable tasks, delegating
ownership to other developers and team members
• Conduct peer reviews of other developers' work, providing constructive technical
feedback and ensuring quality and consistency
• Mentor and guide other developers working alongside you on AEP, RTCDP, AJO, and
CJA
Hands-On Platform Work
• Configure and build within Adobe Experience Platform: data streams, datasets,
schemas, sources, destinations, and merge policies
• Implement and manage Real-Time CDP audiences, identity graphs, and activation
workflows to downstream channels and platforms
• Build and optimize customer journeys in Adobe Journey Optimizer, including triggers,
decisioning logic, and cross-channel orchestration
• Set up and configure Customer Journey Analytics workspaces, connections, data views,
and calculated metrics
• Collaborate with adjacent developers on integrations with AEM, Target, Marketo,
Salesforce, Snowflake, and other ecosystem tools
Client Engagement & Advisory
• Serve as a subject matter expert for clients, helping them understand platform
capabilities, constraints, and best practices
• Lead and participate in discovery sessions, technical workshops, and solution
presentations
• Recommend implementation approaches based on industry experience, making tradeoffs
clear and actionable
• Translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders including
marketing, strategy, and product teams
• Stay current with the Adobe product roadmap and proactively bring relevant updates and
opportunities to client conversations
Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Work closely with strategists, analysts, and creatives to ensure technical solutions
support campaign goals and data insights
• Coordinate with other platform developers (AEM, Salesforce, Target, Marketo) to deliver
cohesive, integrated solutions
• Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and technical discovery as part of an
agile delivery team
What You Bring
Required
• 5+ years of experience working in the Adobe Experience Cloud ecosystem, with deep,
hands-on expertise across AEP, RTCDP, AJO, and CJA
• Proven ability to architect and implement AEP solutions from the ground up, including
XDM schema design, data ingestion pipelines, and identity resolution
• Experience activating audiences from RTCDP to paid media, email, Adobe Target, and
other downstream destinations
• Hands-on AJO experience building multi-step customer journeys, decisioning, and
cross-channel messaging
• Strong understanding of CJA configuration, including connections, data views, and
Analysis Workspace reporting
• Experience with AEP RESTful APIs and Configuration as Code (CaC) best practices and
techniques
• Experience guiding and reviewing the work of other developers, with a strong eye for
implementation quality
• Comfortable presenting technical solutions and recommendations directly to clients and
stakeholders
• Familiarity with adjacent technologies including AEM, Adobe Target, Salesforce, or other

engagements simultaneously
• Understanding of data privacy frameworks (GDPR, CCPA) and how they apply to
customer data platforms
Why This Role
