- Manage and support key Teamcenter functionalities including:

- Configure and customize Teamcenter modules to meet evolving business requirements
- Ensure alignment with PLM industry best practices and internal process standards
- Troubleshooting & End-User Support
- Investigate, diagnose, and resolve Teamcenter-related issues
- Deliver Tier 2/3 application support and guidance to end-users and business stakeholders
- Maintain system uptime and performance, ensuring minimal business disruption
- Code Implementation
- Develop and maintain clean, efficient code using Teamcenter-specific technologies such as:
- Java, C++, ITK (Integration Toolkit), SOA frameworks
- Support enhancements and new functionality development
- System Integration
- Collaborate with IT and engineering teams to integrate Teamcenter with ERP, CAD, and other enterprise platforms
- Enable seamless data flow and automation across interconnected systems
- Solution Development
- Design and deliver custom solutions within the Teamcenter platform, including:
- Workflows, UI modifications, reports, and extension modules
- Support ongoing innovation and platform optimization
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related technical field preferred
- 6+ years of experience supporting and developing within the Teamcenter PLM ecosystem
- Strong hands-on experience with Java, C++, ITK, and SOA for Teamcenter development
- Solid understanding of PLM best practices and enterprise system integration
- Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to manage technical escalations

You will be:
- Managing paid ad campaigns across search, display, and retargeting networks by conducting extensive keyword research, analysis, and testing of keyword performance
- Ensuring successful campaigns, managing bids and budgets to be able to meet the predefined KPIs
- Optimizing campaigns, monitoring performance of all the key growth metrics on a daily/weekly basis and presenting it to the leadership periodically to deliver the best return on investment.
- Working with the content team and designing team to frame the most effective content & design for the campaigns
- Building and running A/B tests across landing pages and the homepage

What are we looking for?
- 5+ years of experience in paid advertising campaigns, majorly in the Google, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter Ads
- Prior experience in Performance marketing in the B2B/ SaaS setup in the US markets
- Experience in identifying target audiences and devising effective campaigns
- Should be able to manage budgets (50-100k USD per month or higher), optimize cost per lead, recommend paid platforms and channels, and should be able to work with the team on landing page and conversions
- Ability to brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics and Excel

About the role
We are looking for a Product Manager for our AI/ML Product team that is responsible for delivering ML powered products and applications such as Campaign recommendations and personalization.
As part of the team, the candidate will lead the full product lifecycle of the product, including market research, competitive analysis, gathering requirements, developing specifications, and getting the product developed and delivered to customers.
You will help transform ideas into AI products for our customers and drive adoption working with cross functional teams.
What You'll Do
- Own product feature from market research, execution, go-to-market and impact evaluation.
- Review customer feedback, analyze impact and prioritize it, and convert into clearly defined product requirements to create a feature backlog
- Write product specs, define product UI with the UX team, review test plans.
- Collaborate with Engineering in product development, validating builds and driving releases to meet target dates.
- Be the product champion. Document product functionality and train the organization on new features. Define the value proposition of your products and guide marketing / sales in selling your products.
- Facilitate in data-driven decision making and create the telemetry and metrics required to evaluate the success of the products you launch.
- Define and drive internal and external pilots prior to releases to gather early feedback and ensure adoption of new features and functionality.
