Sr Software Developer (Python)

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience with Python
• Strong expertise in Python frameworks (Django, Flask, or FastAPI)
• Experience with GCP, Terraform, and Kubernetes
• Deep understanding of REST API development and GraphQL
• Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases
• Experience with microservices architecture
• Proficiency with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, CircleCI, GitLab)
• Experience with container orchestration using Kubernetes
• Understanding of cloud architecture and serverless computing
• Experience with monitoring and logging solutions
• Strong background in writing unit and integration tests
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and integration points

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable backend services for our AI platform
• Architect and implement complex systems with high reliability
• Build and maintain APIs for internal and external consumption
• Work closely with AI engineers to integrate ML functionality
• Optimize application performance and resource utilization
• Make architectural decisions that balance immediate needs with long-term scalability
• Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices
• Contribute to the evolution of our technical standards and processes

• Back-end development using Python/Django
• Front-end development using CSS, HTML and JS
• Write reusable, testable, and efficient code
• Implement security and data protection
• Use Amazon Relational Database Service
• Commit, push, pull and sync to Bitbucket, GitLab
• Deployment of code on MS Azure and AWS
• Build efficient scripts and cron jobs in GCP
• Connect apps and automate workflows using Integromat

Title: Senior Python Developer
Location:- Ahmedabad (Currently work from home)
Salary Range: upto 7.5lpa
Experience Range: 3+ years
Qualification: B.Sc. / B.Tech (CS / IT), MCA, BCA

Responsibility:

• You will work on large data sets
• You will provide data visualization for the platform
• Writes and executes complete testing plans, protocols, and documentation for assigned portion of application; identifies and debugs, and creates solutions for issues with code and integration into application architecture.
• Designs enhancements, updates, and programming changes for portions and subsystems of end-user applications software running on local, networked, and Internet- based platforms.
• Collaborates and communicates with management, internal, and outsourced development partners regarding software applications design status, project progress, and issue resolution.

Functional Knowledge:

• Expert in Python, Machine learning with knowledge of at least one Python web framework Flask, Django etc.
• Expert in server programming, you should be able to implement complex business logic
• Good understanding of the threading limitations of Python, and multi-process architecture
• Good understanding of fundamental design principles behind a scalable application
• Knowledge of event-driven programming in Python
• Strong unit test and debugging skills
• Knowledge of AWS cloud and python Boto lib
• Knowledge of mongo-db
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools Like Git
• Good understanding of Linux OS
• Knowledge on nltk, scikit, numpy would be an advantage

• Relevant Experience : Minimum 2 Years
• You have prior experience developing and working on consumer facing web/app products
• Hands-on experience on Python. Exceptions can be made if you’re really good on any other language with experience on building web/app based tech products
• Experience in at least one of the following frameworks - Django, Flask, Falcon, web2py, Twisted, Tornado
• Working knowledge of MySQL, MongoDB, Redis
• Good understanding of Data Structures, Algorithms and Operating Systems
• You've worked with core AWS services in the past and have experience with EC2, ELB, AutoScaling, CloudFront, S3
• You can dabble in Frontend codebases using HTML, CSS and Javascript

Role & Requirements

• 2+ year experience in application development
• ability to write efficient SQL queries and design schemas for relational databases
• good knowledge of operating systems and networking concepts
• experience in using and understanding code from Open Source
• experience with implementing best software engineering practices like version control with git, code reviews, writing unit-tests, writing readable code
• experience with Python and Django is a plus.
