Role Description

This is a full-time on-site UI/UX Designer role located in Coimbatore. The successful candidate for this position will be responsible for designing and implementing user interfaces and experiences that will allow users to interact effectively with our products and digital solutions. The UI/UX Designer will be required to work closely with cross-disciplinary teams to understand and translate requirements into intuitive and effective user interfaces and experiences.

• Expert knowledge in Adobe XD, Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and other design tools.
• Should have knowledge of HTML5/CSS3, JavaScript.
• Must have knowledge in wireframing tools.
• Knowledge Material-UI.
• Must have knowledge SEO friendly websites.
• Experience with Responsive Website Design.
• Understanding of user experience, usability and responsive web design will be preferred.
• Good knowledge of the latest web technologies, cross browser and platform issues.
• Good Communication skills.
• Strong sense of aesthetics and familiarity with latest design trends is needed.
• Keeping up to date with recent technological and software developments.
• Working as part of a multi-disciplinary team. 

• Be a hands-on user interface and visual designer for our toughest design challenges.
• Develop and detail visual designs and design specifications; drawing on existing high level designs and digital brand guidelines.
• Work alongside product, marketing, UX designers, copywriters, and developers to come up with complete design solutions.
• Review UX design documentation such as wireframes to identify gaps and issues and raise these within the team.
• Own the quality of visual design execution for your design directions as well as extend the existing design styles.
• Present and defend your work to colleagues, other teams, and management.
• Contribute to the development of our Design Club to promote learning, growth, comradeship and innovative thinking across the organisation.

• 2 or more years of experience and proven track record.
• An impressive portfolio of work that showcases excellent practical design skills including layout, colour, typography, and multi channel design.
• Full project lifecycle experience from concept through to completion.
• Experience designing for complex systems across Desktop and Mobile applications.
• Expert user of Sketch, Zeplin, Creative Suite, other tools of the trade.
• Ability to multitask, prioritise projects and communicate across teams, and take feedback positively to turn it into intuitive design solutions.
• Strong understanding of Design Systems.
• Creative ideas with a problem solving mindset.

• Degree in a design-related field.
• Recognised UX / UI certifications.
• Experience working in an agile development process.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and JavaScript.
• Basic knowledge of analytics, including Google Analytics.
• Passion for sports.

• Proficient in Figma and Photoshop, HTML, Angular, Material Design, jQuery, CSS, ES6, Bootstrap

We are looking for a UI/UX designer with minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in UI/UX designing.

Experience: 4+ years

Education: Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree/diploma preferably in graphics design or animation

Location: Delhi

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Excellent working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop/ Adobe Illustrator/ Sketch/ Adobe XD

• Hands on experience with prototyping tools like Invision, Justinmind or another

• Should be able to conceptualize and design creatives based on the requirements

• Knowledge of UX Design and Interaction Design

• Design clear, attractive and engaging websites & mobile apps

• Must be detail-oriented and have the ability to deliver on time and work under needs

• Must possess good sense of composition, typography, colour

• Keen eye for good design based on current trends and best practices

• Good understanding of Responsive Design development

• Good communication skills to be able to handle Indian & international clients

• Working knowledge of HTML5, CSS, Wordpress will be a plus

• Collaborate with engineers to gather user requirements.
  Use various ideation methods like brainstorming to solve the user’s needs to add value to the company.
• Create a cohesive style guide to ensure consistent design language is followed across the product.
• Showcase design ideas through sitemaps, storyboards, and process flows. Implement the latest design innovations to ensure that the product is in accordance with the cutting-edge technology.
• Define user task flows and interaction models. Conduct user research and create user Personas Conduct customer and competitor analysis. Create prototypes, wireframes, and mock-ups to demonstrate the functioning and layout of the product.
• Optimises UI designs and tests for intuitiveness and user-centeredness.  Conduct usability testing to identify gaps in design and see if they can be further improved.

- Lead design projects and contribute to product strategy

- Plan and design memorable user interfaces that are elegant and usable across our iOS, Android, and web platforms.

- Deliver wireframes and prototypes to help people visualize  design ideas.

- Push the bounds of creativity using the latest design techniques and languages.

- Good knowledge of graphic/visual design

- Work closely with the Engineering team to get crazy ideas to life.
