Keeping in view the Quality and Productivity indicators.  Data Management in terms of maximum utilization. Timely Tracking of Follow ups/Hot Leads and further converting them into Sales. People Management and Training.  Operational Management: Managing the floor, adherence to schedule.  Call monitoring, coaching and feedback to the agents.  Responsible for motivating the team to achieve the desired targets.  Recommendations for product and process development based on customer feedback and analysis of the same.  Maintaining reports on team’s performance and laying down the strategies to bridge the gap.  Attrition, Shrinkage Control and Roster Management.  Maintain a healthy and positive work environment in the team.
