We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst who will act as the bridge between our customers and product development teams, translating complex business requirements into actionable insights and product features that align with IntraIntel.ai’s architecture and growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Requirement Gathering & Analysis:

• Collaborate with multiple customers across domains such as manufacturing, clinical trials, pharmaceutical, and textiles to gather, document, and validate requirements.

• Conduct workshops, interviews, and brainstorming sessions to extract key business and functional needs.

• Translate high-level business needs into user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria in JIRA.

• Documentation & Communication:

• Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Specifications, and Process Flow Diagrams.

• Clearly communicate requirements to developers, architects, and QA teams, ensuring full understanding of scope and dependencies.

• Serve as the primary liaison between the business stakeholders and development team.

• Testing & Validation:

• Perform initial system validation, UAT preparation, and smoke testing to ensure requirements are correctly implemented.

• Collaborate with QA to define test cases and acceptance criteria.

• Track and log defects in JIRA, ensuring they are resolved before delivery.

• Project Planning & Scope Management:

• Work closely with project managers and solution architects to define project scope, milestones, and delivery timelines.

• Identify potential risks, dependencies, and change impacts, and communicate proactively to stakeholders.

• Contribute to effort estimation and prioritization discussions.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Partner with AI engineers, data scientists, cloud architects, and UX designers to ensure alignment between technical solutions and business goals.

• Ensure all customer inputs are converted into actionable, technically feasible tasks for development.

• Customer & Stakeholder Interaction:

• Conduct regular check-ins and demo sessions with customers to validate progress and gather feedback.

• Communicate technical solutions and project updates to non-technical stakeholders in an easy-to-understand manner.

• Represent IntraIntel.ai in customer meetings with professionalism and confidence.

Job Title: Junior Business Analyst with Project Coordination Experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze business processes, gather and document requirements, and provide solutions to improve efficiency.
• Assist in project planning, scheduling, and resource management.
• Coordinate project activities, timelines, and communication between teams.
• Support project managers in monitoring project progress, identifying risks, and ensuring project goals are met.
• Create and maintain project documentation, including business requirements, project plans, and status reports.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment between business goals and project deliverables.
• Assist with testing and validation of solutions to ensure they meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

● Client Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, understanding their unique operation processes and requirements. Build and maintain strong relationships to facilitate successful implementations.

● Project Management: Lead the end-to-end implementation , ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align resources and objectives.

● Process Analysis and Improvement: Evaluate clients' existing operation workflows, identify inefficiencies, and recommend optimized processes leveraging platform. Utilize process mapping and data analysis to drive continuous improvement.

● Data Analysis: Analyze substantial datasets to ensure accurate configuration and integration. Employ statistical tools and SQL-based queries to interpret data and provide actionable insights.

● Problem Solving: Break down complex problems into manageable components, developing effective solutions in collaboration with clients and internal teams.

● Process Excellence: Advocate for and implement best practices in process management, utilizing methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma to enhance operational efficiency.

● Customer Excellence: Ensure a superior customer experience by proactively addressing client needs, providing training and support, and promptly resolving any issues that arise.

Qualifications:

● Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in financial services, software implementation, consulting or analytics.

● Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis, SQL querying, and handling large datasets.

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage client relationships effectively.

● Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects concurrently.

● Proven expertise in financial operation processes and related software solutions is a plus

● Proficiency in developing business intelligence solutions or with low-code tools is a plus

We are looking for a talented Senior 3D Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate must demonstrate strong artistic and storytelling ability and possess foundational knowledge of processes, tools, and building blocks of XR – AR/VR, Metaverse. They must also have experience in end-to-end modeling, UV unwrapping, texturing and rendering. The candidate should be proficient in a variety of digital 2D and 3D software programs such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Maya, Blender, etc. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about designing photo-realistic virtual worlds and has 3-5 years of experience as a concept artist or graphic designer.

Responsibilities:

• Create avatar concepts, assets, world-building, materials and texture definition, and environments for photo-realistic virtual worlds
• Use traditional tools and technology to create designs in 2D/3D
• Collaborate with team members and work to a brief by understanding creative briefs, then considering elements such as context, timescales, and creative constraints when solving tasks
• Demonstrate an understanding of technical art production and end-to-end modeling, UV unwrapping, texturing, and rendering
• Develop assets and designs in line with project requirements and timelines
• Ensure all designs are optimized for performance and meet project requirements
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies

Requirements:

• A portfolio of work demonstrating strong artistic and storytelling ability
• Foundational knowledge of processes, tools, and building blocks of XR – AR/VR, Metaverse
• Excellent sketching abilities for rough conceptualization

We are looking for seasoned technical leaders from .NET background with experience in building cloud-based web applications and products. The role involves understanding business requirements, customer problems, architecting the appropriate solutions that are secure, scalable, high performing and testable.

• 6+ years of experience in building web applications using ASP.NET MVC and .NET platform in general.
