Talent Acquisition Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding coordination.
• Source candidates through job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Dice, and other recruitment platforms.
• Recruit for technical positions such as Software Developers, Java Developers, Python Developers, Cloud Engineers, DevOps Engineers, Network Engineers, and other IT roles.
• Communicate with Mandarin-speaking candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders in Chinese and English.
• Conduct initial candidate screening to assess technical experience, communication skills, language proficiency, availability, and salary expectations.
• Understand job descriptions and identify suitable candidates based on technical and language requirements.
• Coordinate interviews, collect feedback, and manage candidate follow-ups throughout the recruitment process.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Support recruitment activities involving Chinese-speaking clients, teams, or business stakeholders.
• Maintain candidate records, recruitment trackers, and applicant information in the ATS or recruitment database.
• Negotiate compensation, manage offer follow-ups, and support candidates through the joining process.
• Ensure timely communication with candidates and hiring managers to achieve recruitment targets.

Required Skills

• Experience in technical recruitment or IT talent acquisition.
• Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese, with the ability to communicate professionally in both spoken and written Chinese.
• Good English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong knowledge of IT technologies, technical job descriptions, and recruitment terminology.
• Hands-on experience with Boolean search, candidate sourcing, resume screening, and interview coordination.
• Familiarity with recruitment portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, and Dice.
• Ability to manage multiple requirements, meet hiring targets, and work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• HSK certification or equivalent Mandarin language proficiency is an advantage.
• Experience recruiting for multinational companies or Chinese-speaking clients.
• Knowledge of Chinese business communication and cross-cultural collaboration.
• Experience with ATS platforms and recruitment reporting.
