Roles and Responsibilities

 Writing, editing and publishing engaging content for various social networks, including Instagram, Linkedin, Twitter and Facebook etc.

 Tracking and reporting on social media responses by analyzing traffic to the site

 Update our social media pages with compelling company news, events, celebrations or solutions and services

 Respond to questions and comments on our social media pages in a timely and accurate manner

 Maintaining a visible online on social media presence and adhering to the marketing goals

 Increasing the company's awareness and readership by using relevant advertising techniques

 Optimize social media content (language, message, tone) on the basis of the behaviour of our target audience

 Familiarity with paid advertisement and aware about different websites, and tools for creating graphics, images and video content

 To create a range of engaging digital content such as Marketing and    

 Promotional videos and Reels to be used across a variety of online 

 platforms and social media channels.

 To help us maximise our online profile and develop our ever-growing social media presence through the creation of video driven strategies and digital media content.

 Pays attention to trends on Instagram Reels creating and analyzing what works for our business.

 Coordinate with the creative department to create advertising/engagement posts (e.g. for Company Events, Job posts, etc.)

 Contribute to the creation of various content materials including: Blogs, Articles, Website Pages, Email templates, Social Media posts etc

 Develop a deep understanding of MHFAI’s business, brand voice, and target audiences.

 Develop posts and articles on a wide range of topics that resonate with our target audience and drive traffic to our website

 Proofread and edit content to ensure high-quality standards, including grammar, spelling, and punctuation

 Continuously discover and implement new editing technologies and   industry best practices to maximize efficiency

 Requirements and skills

 3+ years of solid experience in digital content marketing or related fields

 Excellent written and oral Communication skills

 The ability to create original web content with images or videos

 Proven work experience as a Social Media content writer or a similar role

 Hands-on experience using various social media platforms to advertise

 Proven record of excellent writing demonstrated in a professional portfolio

 Ability to work independently with little or no daily supervision

 Working knowledge of SEO, analytics tools, and keyword research

 Strong research skills and the ability to synthesize complex information into clear and concise content

 Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas

• Work closely with partners to gain a comprehensive understanding of the company’s hiring needs for each position, and meet competitive hiring goals and expectations

• Stay active with current with job boards, social networks, and platforms to find talent, and plan, create, and release job descriptions and announcements

• 2 -5 years’ experience in recruitment (IT recruitment plus)
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office, database management, and internet search
• Familiarity with job boards

• Identifying potential clients through market research 
• Making calls to generate leads, and helping to develop lead generation strategies 
• Communicating with clients, answering questions, and scheduling presentations and follow-ups
•  Assisting the sales department, which may include participating in meetings, managing email campaigns, and making cold calls 
• Maintaining databases 
• Contributing to data analysis to develop lead generation strategies 
• Compiling weekly and monthly reports on key accounts, monitoring inventory and sell-through, and submitting recommendations 

The key skills and expertise needed are:

1. eCommerce/Retail experience can be optional but needs to have experience with any high volume customer facing web/mobile site

2. Web Development, Front End Development, AND In the browser performance profiling

3. Java, Spring Boot, React, Node, Redux, Webpack, Microservices, AND experience with AWS technologies to make the overall application stack more resilient

4. Performance Profiling of web/mobile experiences and experience with working in CICD environment

5. Experience working with Web based and mobile ecommerce sites or similar public facing websites with high customer volume

6. Needs to be able to work at the code level doing performance profile to evaluate how the website and associated digital platform is built to find performance improvement opportunities

• Associated with the Group President to drive operational efficiency and sustainable growth in the group entities.
• To prepare business plans and investor pitch decks as per client requirements.
• Analysed the cost effectiveness of the organization
• Designing the business models and roadmaps of various group entities Conducted research to analyse industry trends and fashioned valuable decks to bring forth a strategic direction for the entities.

We are looking for a JavaScript Developer who is motivated to combine the art of design with the art of
programming. Responsibilities will include implementing visual elements and their behaviors with user
interactions. You will work with both front-end and back-end web developers to build all client-side logic. You will also be bridging the gap between the visual elements and the server-side infrastructure, taking an active role on both sides, and defining how the application looks and functions.

• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
• Work with an international team. Remote work / telecommuting is possible

Desired Skills and Experience
• Strong understanding of JavaScript, its quirks, and workarounds (our platform is pure JS)
• Solid experience (2+ years) with related Web Technologies ( HTML5, CSS3, SVG )
• Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around such issues
• Proficient understanding of CORS issues and ways to work with such issues
• Proficient understanding of social network APIs
• Good understanding of browser rendering behavior and performance
• Experience in mobile web development ( iOS / Android / Windows Mobile )
• Fluent with Linux/Unix environments
• Knowledge of PHP optional but desirable
• Writing and maintaining batch jobs to streamline processes (Shell, Perl etc.)
• Ability to set priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic, fast paced environment
• Inclined to take ownership of tasks and to ship highly polished products with excellent attention to detail
• Responsible, self-motivated worker and team-player; excited about new technologies
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
