Seeking a Sales Executive with 2-4 years of experience to sell our health tech product for storing medical images. Responsibilities include developing sales strategies, prospecting, client relationship management, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Development: Identify new business opportunities within healthcare, targeting hospitals, clinics, and diagnostic centers.
2. Sales Strategy: Develop and execute effective strategies to achieve sales targets through prospecting and networking.
3. Product Knowledge: Gain a deep understanding of our product and articulate its value propositions to potential clients.
4. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, providing exceptional customer service.
5. Consultative Selling: Conduct needs assessments and present tailored solutions to address clients' requirements.
6. Pipeline Management: Efficiently manage the sales pipeline, prioritize leads, and update CRM systems.
7. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in healthcare or technology.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with medical imaging or healthcare IT solutions is a plus.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
