We are seeking a skilled and business-oriented BI Developer with 4 to 5 years of relevant experience in business intelligence, reporting, and data analytics. This role is ideal for a hands-on analyst who can translate business requirements into impactful dashboards, reports, and actionable insights using Tableau, Power BI, and SQL.
The successful candidate will work in a cross-functional environment, partnering with business stakeholders, data teams, and technology teams to support reporting modernization, improve data visibility, and enable better decision-making. This role requires strong technical capability, a solid understanding of data modeling fundamentals, and the ability to communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
As a BI Developer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining reporting and analytics solutions that support operational and strategic business needs. You will be responsible for building intuitive dashboards, analyzing data trends, defining KPIs, and contributing to data-driven process improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau and Power BI.
- Partner with business users to understand reporting needs, define requirements, and translate them into effective BI solutions.
- Write, optimize, and maintain SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, validation, and analysis.
- Perform data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, performance drivers, and opportunities for business improvement.
- Support KPI definition, metric standardization, and reporting governance across business functions.
- Work with source data from structured systems and help ensure reporting accuracy and consistency.

Must-Have Skills & Experience
- Strong hands-on experience in Tableau and/or Power BI for dashboard development, reporting, and data visualization.
- Strong SQL skills with experience writing complex queries, joins, aggregations, subqueries, and performance-tuned reporting queries.
- Solid understanding of BI and analytics concepts including KPIs, trend analysis, scorecards, and management reporting.
- Good knowledge of data modeling fundamentals, including table relationships, dimensions, facts, hierarchies, and basic star-schema concepts.
- Experience working with structured datasets and multiple data sources to create meaningful analytical outputs.
- Ability to gather requirements from business stakeholders and convert them into functional reporting solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Ability to work independently, troubleshoot issues, and document solutions clearly.
