Job Summary:

The role involves greeting members, handling inquiries, converting walk-ins into members, and ensuring timely membership renewals while delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist members, walk-in clients, and visitors in a professional manner
• Explain gym facilities, services, pricing, and membership plans to prospective clients
• Actively sell new gym memberships and achieve monthly sales targets
• Follow up with existing members for membership renewals
• Handle membership registrations, renewals, and documentation
• Maintain accurate records of members, payments, and enquiries
• Answer phone calls, respond to queries, and handle appointment scheduling
• Coordinate with trainers and management regarding member requirements
• Handle cash/card payments and issue receipts
• Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and welcoming

Required Skills & Qualifications:
