Ambitious Project Manager with extensive experience in high-end Residential Interiors with demonstrated ability in planning, managing procurement, scheduling, quality control, and coordination of MEP services.

Job Profile -

• Manage Customer communication and Customer experience
• Delivery of Projects as per committed timeline & desired Quality
• To gather and share project information with Project Stakeholders
• Maintain strong relationships with Contractors, Suppliers, and Designers
• Ensure Execution at Sites as per Standard ensure execution process
• Willingness to learn new techniques for tracking projects
• Track & plan Site activities as per Master Project Schedule, identify the risk involved, and plan alternate on-site work execution strategies accordingly
• Verify the bills submitted by Contractors, suppliers post checking on-site measurements of work carried out at the site
• Coach & train Project Executives to ensure all Standard practices are getting followed as far as on-site execution and reporting are concerned.

As a Mobile developer you are required to work with a team of architects, and developers to create mobile applications.

·       Design and build applications for the iOS platform

As a senior engineer you will be working independently in designing and implementing new visuals and also helping improve code quality. A lot of emphasis is on usability; so any specific experience is ux is a big plus. Any experience with backend implementation is also a plus

You will work with a mix of front end technologies, primarily JavaScript, D3, HTML 5, SVG, CSS (and related tech like SaSS/LESS). You'd also work with Git, WebPack. You don't already need to know all of these technologies.The key requirement is a keen interest in UI/UX work, solid front-end programming skills (thorough understanding of JavaScript, CSS and browser rendering workflow) and critical thinking.

Remote working is allowed

• Leading sales demonstrations, following up with the prospect throughout the cycle via multiple mediums including email & phone calls and bringing to closure
• Staying in touch with the prospect to understand their requirements and feedback, and acting accordingly
• Playing a critical role in planning the sales and operations functions to ensure the business goals are entirely aligned
• Helping make data-driven decisions and recommendations for improving the sales funnel and process
• Monitoring daily operations and addressing potential issues when they arise
• Phone calling, both cold calls initially to follow-up calls where necessary (even though maximum communication will be written)

Desired Candidate Profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role is mandatory
• Prior experience of working in B2B Enterprise software sales is preferred
• Previous experience of dealing with enterprises or small businesses and not just selling to consumers
• Resourcefulness to come up with new ideas to re-engage dormant leads
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
• Flexibility to work until 3 am IST to support US time-zone
• Ability to make smart use of digital tools to organise data, manage CRM, automate parts of the task
• Eagerness to build a career in Sales/ Business Development    
• Open to work in US/Night shift  

• 4-5 years of overall experience and 2+ years of experience as full stack developer with skills on Python, Javascript and databases.
• Excellent programming skills and hands-on experience in Python, Java Script, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience of working in Data Science domain is an advantage, but not mandatory.
• Ability to positively contribute to a team and willingness to quickly complete large volumes of work with high quality.
• Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• BE/BTech or MCA Degree or any graduate with desired skills.

Job Description :

Requirements :
