Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and professional Executive Assistant to support the CXO in managing daily operations, schedules, and communications. The ideal candidate will act as a trusted partner, ensuring seamless coordination, confidentiality, and efficient execution of tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the CXO’s calendar, appointments, meetings, travel arrangements, and daily schedule with high accuracy and efficiency.
• Track, document, and follow up on all tasks and action items assigned to the CXO to ensure timely completion.
• Prepare meeting agendas, take detailed minutes, and coordinate action items with internal teams.
• Draft, proofread, and organize professional communications, including emails, presentations, and reports.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders on behalf of the CXO.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and ensure systematic documentation and record-keeping.
• Anticipate the CXO’s needs, provide timely reminders, and prepare required materials in advance of meetings.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant; experience in healthcare, technology, or startup environments is preferred.

Skills:

1. 9+ years of experience in documenting technical specification esp around Data Flows, Data Transformation, Source to Target Mapping.

2. Capable of proactively and independently collaborating with the functional Contingent Worker Management teams to grasp process complexities and integration needs, translating them into technical specifications. Employs a consultative method to comprehend SAP Fieldglass functionality and leverage understanding for solution development.

3. Solid written and verbal communication skills to lead and facilitate requirements and design workshops with stakeholders on projects as well as enhancement requests

Good to have:

1. Very organized individual that creates clear and comprehensive specification documents for interfaces

2. Develop and execute comprehensive work plans and test plans to ensure high quality work product prior to deployment

3. Experience in the HR domain and on a SaaS application SAP Fieldglass, Workday etc is a plus

Position Overview: 

The Principal Cloud Network Engineer is a key interface to Client teams and is responsible to develop convincing technical solutions. This requires them to work closely with clients for multiple partner-vendors teams to architect the solution. 

This position requires sound technical knowledge, proven business acumen and differentiating client interfacing ability. You are required to anticipate, create, and define an innovative solution which matches customer’s needs and the clients tactical and strategic requirements.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Design and implement next-generation networking technologies
• Deploy/support large-scale production network
• Track, analyze, and trend capacity on the broadcast network and datacenter infrastructure
• Provide Tier 3 escalated network support
• Perform fault management and problem resolution

• Perform network change management, support modifications, and maintenance

Roles and Responsibilities:

Job Description:

• 7+ years of experience in testing manual / automation.
• Experience in testing migration projects is Must.

QA automation engineers to design automated tests to validate the functionality of network protocol software stack. Their job is to create the initial test plan, write the scripts, install the automation testing protocols, and report the results.

Experience Required: 0-2 years

Primary Skills:

Hand on experience to QA the product following customer requirements.

Prepared test cases, testing, documenting errors (depending on the phase of the project) Checking the bug tracking system for the fixed errors.

Following the automation testing plan to prepare and execute the automation testing and verifying the automation testing results and fixing the automation cases and automation environment issues.
