Korevariance is looking for a detail-oriented individual to join us as a Remote Data Entry Operator. This is a Full Time/ Part Time Position, This position is for anyone in the United States and Canada, You can work from home and your phone or Tablet with us. We are seeking a detail-oriented data entry operator to compile, capture, and maintain our digital database. As a data entry operator, you will be required to compile, merge, and format documents for data entry, check documents for errors, input data update the database, and manage the digital filing systems. To be a successful data entry operator, you should possess excellent typing skills and be attentive to detail. Skilled data entry operators should be able to quickly identify data errors and demonstrate precision in their work.

Responsibilities:

Gathering, collating, and preparing documents, materials, and information for data entry.

Researching to obtain information for incomplete documents and materials.

Creating digital documents from paper or dictation.

Reviewing all documents and information for accuracy and informing the supervisor of any errors or inconsistencies.

Capturing data into digital databases and performing regular backups.

Updating and maintaining databases, archives, and filing systems.

Monitoring and reviewing databases and correcting errors or inconsistencies.

Generating and exporting data reports, spreadsheets, and documents as needed.

Performing clerical duties such as filing, monitoring office supplies, scanning, and printing as needed.

Requirements:

Excellent typing abilities.

Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.

Proficiency in data capturing and office management software such as MS Office and Google Suite.

The ability to manage and process high volumes of data accurately.

Good understanding of databases and digital and paper filing systems.

Knowledge of administrative and clerical operations.

A keen eye for detail and the ability to concentrate for extended periods.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Should start the process definitions, processes, templates, guidelines, and checklists from the scratch to align with the CMMi Level 5 Services Model version 2.0.
• Support for organizational process/workflow definitions
• Contribute/Coordinate process improvement activities.
• Process facilitation for projects/business activities/support functions
• Support for organizational data collection and analysis
• Assistance for organizational tools maintenance
• Promote /Support organizational library (Knowledge Repository)
• Effective/Inspirational trainer for organizational process

Candidate Profile:

• Expert in CMMi Level 5 Services 2.0 model.
• Should have participated as an ATM in at least one CMMi Level 5 Services 2.0 assessment and renewal process
• Experience in methodologies like Agile, Lean, SAFe Agile, Kanban, DevOps projects etc.
• Quality experience in Infra Services and Security services business
• Ability to understand business requirements and to design suitable process.
• Ability to identify gaps/improvement opportunities/risks in existing QMS.
• Knowledge of organizational data collection methods and analysis
• Ability in planning, coordinating, and conducting internal audits.
• Ability in serving business activities/projects as a process facilitator.

The Role

• Work as part of a full stack product team to develop solutions to ensure optimal experiences for our customers, riders, and restaurants

• Utilise a variety of backend technologies to build scalable products

• You'll take part in decisions related to how we undertake new projects

• You'll gather requirements and scope out projects with the rest of the team

We want to emphasise that we don’t expect you to meet all of the below but would love you to have experience in some of these areas.

• Pride in readable, well-designed, well-tested software

• 5 to 10 years professional experience writing web-based applications in any language, and a willingness to quickly get up to speed on our stack (Ruby/Rails, Go, Python, Scala, or Rust)

• Experience with TDD environments (RSpec, Minitest, Capybara, Selenium)

• Experience with relational databases (PostGreSQL, MySQL) and key-value stores (Memcache, Redis)

• Experience with front-end web technology, bonus points for React

• Experience with web architecture at scale (20krpm and above)

• Experience with PostGIS, or any geography-heavy applications

• Experience with "NoSQL" data backends (Redis, MongoDB, ElasticSearch)

• Experience solving logistical problems with software

• Proficient in Python 2 / 3 and have built products before (managing the entire DevOps cycle) - proficient in Python Data Structures
• Good understanding of Open Source Visualisation Tools like D3.JS, Matplotlib etc.
• Good understanding of Functional APIs and Data Ingestion viz. Pandas’ dataframe from SQL DB and Excel (CSV) & Flat files of (primarily) structured data - no data cleansing
• Growth mindset - eagerness to learn and grow in the role
• Qualifications: B.Tech / BE / Graduate Engineer in any stream (preferred Mech / Industrial Engineer)
