📋 Roles & Responsibilities:

As a Business Development Associate, you will:

1️⃣ Help students choose the perfect learning course from our educational offerings.

2️⃣ Kickstart phone conversations with parents who've experienced demo classes for their kids.

3️⃣ Nurture potential customers and seal the deal within the sales cycle.

4️⃣ Effectively communicate with leads through email and calls.

5️⃣ Keep precise digital records of call information.

6️⃣ Achieve monthly sales targets and meet input metrics.

🎯 Hiring Criteria:

💼 Training Period: 21428 (Stipend)

💰 Salary Range (CTC): 6.6 LPA (4.02 LPA fixed + 2.4 LPA variable)

• Taking an active role in architecting the solutions we build
• Designing and implementing web applications using JavaScript and its frameworks (i.a. React, Vue, Angular), HTML5 and CSS3
• Working closely with the dispersed development team, client, and project manager in SCRUM methodology
• Ensuring that programming practices and code quality are respected
• Supporting other engineers with your expertise when needed (knowledge sharing)
• Leading your colleagues’ growth and development

• 2+ years of experience with JavaScript (good knowledge of ES2016; newer versions and TS 3+ are a plus)
• Experience in developing web applications using Angular2+ and another modern framework

• Building and setting up new development tools and infrastructure

• BE / MCA / B.Sc-IT / B.Tech in Computer Science or a related field.

• Coding and debugging pure JavaScript, polyglot and multi-lingual applications.
• Working closely with Technical Lead/Project Manager to ensure development timelines are met.
• Contribute with ideas to improve system design or streamline product delivery.
• Working with challenging applications involving Real Time Data.
• Working on different platforms including the usage of the Native SDKs provided on JavaScript.

• Strong experience in developing applications using Javascript and Jquery.
• Minimum 6 months of experience in React.JS is a must.
• Experience in any other Javascript libraries is an added advantage.
• Create different types of Charts and Graphics with the help of HTML5 Canvas, SVG etc.
• Should possess understanding of UI design and its behavior across devices (desktops to smart phones).
• Good to have worked with APIs exposed by social media sites like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram etc.
• Experience in working with data structures such as XML and JSON.
• Added knowledge of mobile development frameworks like jQuery Mobile is an added advantage.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Should be a self-starter and should have the ability to work under pressure.
