Position: Senior Full Stack Engineer

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Engineer with strong React and Python expertise to design, develop, and maintain full-stack features across both frontend and backend components.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build full-stack features owning both frontend and backend components

• Develop frontend modules using React, vite, bun, chakra-ui, react-query, and react-table

• Implement backend logic, APIs, and data models using Python, fastapi, pydantic, and sqlmodel

• Design clean API contracts between frontend and backend components focusing on performance and clarity

• Build robust data flows across multi-architecture compute workflows including job management, orchestration views, and resource interactions

• Collaborate with SRE, runtime, and platform teams to ensure backend services integrate smoothly

• Troubleshoot issues across the full stack from UI inconsistencies to backend failures

• Participate in architectural and design discussions for both client and server components

• Ensure production readiness, reliability, and scalability of features

Required Skills:

• Strong hands-on development experience with React and Python

• Experience with fastapi, pydantic, sqlmodel, and modern async backend development

• Deep understanding of vite, bun, and frontend build/performance optimization

• Ability to manage frontend async workflows using react-query

• Experience working with complex data tables using react-table

• Strong API design skills

• Experience building modular services and UI-driven systems with high data throughput

• Ability to operate independently in a high-speed environment

• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills

Preferred (Bonus) Skills:

Job Requirements:

Must have and up-to-date knowledge of NodeJS and class-based programming.

Professional experience building single page applications using React, Vue.js.

Must have strong and up-to-date knowledge of JavaScript ES6 and higher.

You can make a solid relational data model and have a deep knowledge of SQL and MySQL.

You have a good understanding of HTTP and know how to make a reliable and modern web API (REST).

Should have worked on at least one large complex web application.

You Should know how to write clean and flexible object-oriented code.

You must have a good understanding of sync programming concepts.

You Should work daily with tools like Git, NPM, Composer and a proper IDE.

You Should able to deliver POCs, experiments and technology evaluations following design thinking practices.

Should have experience in writing clean code and a pragmatic program.

For this hire, we’re looking for a Senior Software Engineer who is independently able to architect and build an entire on-demand service platform from scratch. This would require knowledge of and proven experience in Backend (Golang, Python, C/C++, Java, Ruby), Web Frontend (React, Angular, Next, Vue), APIs (nodeJS), Cloud (AWS, GCP) and Database (RDBMS like Postgres and NoSQL)

Basic qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field
• 5+ years of relevant work experience
• Prior experience of having built or been involved in building an on-demand service platform from scratch (think Uber, Ola, Swiggy, Dunzo, etc.)

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Guide complex projects autonomously, from technical design to launch
• Write high-quality code (i.e., reliable, readable, efficient, testable), provides quality code reviews, and creates comprehensive tests and quality documentation using software engineering principles. This includes knowledge of data structures, algorithms, programming and associated programming languages and frameworks, and major phases/activities of the software research and development life cycle (e.g., requirements, design, build, experiment, test, debug, deploy, monitor). 
• Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to other developers
• Participate in architectural and design discussions, and contribute to the development of software engineering practices and standards
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in software development, and identify opportunities to apply them in our products

Requirements:

• Experience with front-end frameworks such as React.js, Vue.js, Next.js or Angular, and back-end frameworks such as Golang, Java, Javascript, Python Node.js, Ruby
• Experience with cloud-based technologies such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
• Experience with agile development methodologies, continuous integration and delivery, and DevOps practices
• Familiarity with architecture styles/APIs (REST, RPC, etc.)
• Experience creating and implementing well-tested, scalable, performant micro-services and other distributed systems
