About the Role

We are looking for a Laravel Developer with strong, hands-on experience in the Laravel framework. Experience with EdTech, Education ERP, LMS, or School/College Management Systems is a strong plus.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working within an existing Laravel codebase — understanding models, migrations, and relationships — while building new modules, fixing bugs, and extending APIs for our Education ERP platform.

Key Responsibilities

•     Develop, maintain, and enhance web applications built on the Laravel framework.

•     Build and consume RESTful APIs using Laravel, including authentication via Sanctum or Passport.

•     Develop and maintain modules/features for Education ERP and EdTech applications.

•     Fix bugs, debug production issues, and troubleshoot data-related problems.

•     Integrate third-party APIs and services when required.

•     Coordinate with senior developers and other teams to understand requirements and deliver assigned tasks on time.

•     Maintain technical documentation for developed features where required.

Required Skills

•     Strong, hands-on experience with the Laravel Framework

•     Solid Core PHP (OOP concepts) as a foundation.

•     Good understanding of MySQL / SQL, including joins, aggregation, and query optimization.

•     Understanding of database design, relationships, and Eloquent model associations (one-to-many, many-to-many, polymorphic, etc.).

•     Experience building REST APIs in Laravel and integrating Laravel Sanctum/Passport for auth.

•     Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery for front-end integration.

•     Familiarity with Composer and Laravel's package ecosystem.

•     Basic knowledge of Git/version control.

•     Good debugging and problem-solving skills, with the ability to read and extend an existing Laravel codebase.
