Job Summary (Simple):

The Logistics Executive is responsible for handling shipments and transportation work. This includes booking containers, coordinating with shipping partners, tracking shipments, handling documents, negotiating freight rates, and making sure goods are delivered on time without issues.

Key Responsibilities (Simple Words):

Logistics Work (Main Role):

• Share daily freight rate updates with internal teams
• Negotiate ocean freight rates and get quotations
• Book vessels and containers
• Update daily shipment status in Excel
• Monitor container loading and unloading
• Track container stuffing activities
• Follow up on export documents
• Coordinate with operations team, CHA, forwarders, and vendors
• Track shipments until they reach the final destination
• Handle third-party certifications
• Check freight and transport bills and coordinate with the Accounts team
• Track and report extra local charges
• Handle shipment-related problems or delays
• Follow up with forwarders for DO release and container bookings
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports

Reporting & Documentation:

• Prepare regular reports on logistics activities
• Maintain proper files, documents, and records

Ad-hoc & Support Work:

• Help with any additional work as required by management
• Prepare special reports for the Reporting Manager, Directors, or MD
• Help create and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Attend meetings and visits with vendors, CHA, and forwarders when required

Working Relationships:

• Coordinate with customers, suppliers, service providers
• Work closely with internal teams and management

Qualification & Experience (Simple):

• Graduate or Diploma holder
• 3 years experience after qualification
• Experience in Shipping Line / Forwarder / CHA
• Strong knowledge of Excel and MS Office
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Good time management and reporting skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy

· Coordination with Internal Teams: Work closely with production, logistics, and finance teams to ensure the timely execution of export orders.

· Tracking & Reporting: Maintain shipment records, track shipments, and update management on export status.

· Client Communication: Handle buyer queries related to export documentation, shipping, and compliance.

Role:

The Associate Manager - Implementation plays a pivotal role in the business and carries a high level of responsibility. As well as overseeing all operational areas of the business, the role is central in supporting business growth. He/she interfaces directly with both customers and providers.

Responsibilities:

• End-to-end implementation of Intugine's solution at mid-market customers, ensure timely implementation by directing, guiding others, and applying various operational excellence tools to resolve problems including providing training.
• Travel to client locations to understand their needs, train them about Intugine's solutions and build relationships with them.
• Design and set up processes and work on continuous improvement of the set processes
• Collaborate with the technical team to set up or configure Intugine’s software platform as per clients’ requirements and troubleshoot technical issues raised by them.
• Set and monitor KPIs to access projects.
• Implement systems and processes that deliver improvement toward 100% conformance to client requirements.
• Research and analyze Intugine's new products and design a process for their implementation.

Requirements :

• 1-2 years of experience in product implementation
• B2B SaaS implementation experience preferred
• You must be able to see the big picture as well as the finer details, as your work is across the spectrum. You will deal in small daily matters, as well as larger aims and setting goals. A systematic organized approach to work is vital.
• Brilliant communication and interpersonal skills, for dealing with many types of people at all levels in a direct diplomatic way is essential. An understanding of customer/client requirements is a must.
• Soft skills, including effective time management, prioritizing, and delegation, are a must.
• Knowledge of SCM is a plus.
• Having natural creative flair and being full of ideas and energy to introduce new concepts and innovations would also be advantageous.

Senior Sourcing Manager:

• 8+ years directly applicable Supply Chain experience
• Possess a working knowledge of manufacturing principles, particularly in the technology industry
• Working knowledge of Quality Principles, Continuous Improvement and Process Implementation (DMAIC, Lean Mfg, Kaizen)
• Experience with contract management, project management, and supplier relationship management
• Proven experience with detailed data analysis leading to strategic sourcing recommendations and decisions.
• Strategic Sourcing skills: SOW Development, Request for Quote/Proposal/Information, Total Cost of Ownership analysis and Supplier Relationship Management
