Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Store Manager to lead day-to-day retail operations in our apparel store. The role involves driving sales, managing store staff, maintaining visual merchandising standards, and ensuring excellent customer experience while achieving business targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage complete store operations including sales, staff, inventory, and customer service
Drive store sales and achieve monthly/quarterly targets
Recruit, train, motivate, and manage store team performance
Ensure high standards of customer service and handle customer escalations
Maintain visual merchandising as per brand guidelines
Monitor stock levels, minimize shrinkage, and ensure accurate inventory control
Analyze sales reports and implement action plans for improvement
Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and safety standards
