Mandatory

• Strong Product / Business Analytics profile, with a focus on B2C digital products
• Mandatory (Experience 1): Must have 4+ YOE in Consumer analytics for Product / Marketing / Business / Consumer behaviour Insights for B2C Products (Don't want logistics, operations or supply-chain focused analytics profiles, they should have worked on consumer-side analytics)
• Mandatory (Experience 2): Must have hands-on experience with data analysis tools (SQL, Excel, Python, R)
• Mandatory (Experience 3): Must have hands-on experience with KPI dashboard creation and visualization platforms (Tableau, Power BI among others) for effective reporting at various organizational levels
• Mandatory (Experience 4): Proven ability to translate and communicate complex analytical concepts into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders
• Mandatory (Company): B2C product companies offering digital / Tech products (such as Fintech, EdTech, AdTech, TravelTech)
• Mandatory (Exclusion): Avoid all e-commerce companies like Meesho, Amazon, Flipkart, Swiggy, as their scope of work is limited and irrelevant to their requirement.
• Note: Candidates must be from B2C tech product companies where the core user experience is driven by the technology itself—not from companies like Ola, Swiggy, Zepto, Zomato, Uber, where the user experience is shaped by a tangible service (e.g., food delivery or cab rides).
• Mandatory (Stability): Minimum 2 years per role required. One short stint is acceptable if there’s a long tenure (eg: 5+ years) in a prior role. Frequent job changes are straight rejects.
• Note: Total years of experience must not exceed 6 years.

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Strong knowledge of Asp.Net MVC, C#, MVC, JavaScript and JQuery.

2. Prepare and maintain code for various .Net applications and resolve any defects in systems.

3. Prepare test-based applications for various Dot Net applications.

4. Enhance existing systems by analyzing business objectives, preparing an action plan and identifying areas for modification and improvement.

5. Manage defect tracking systems and resolve all issues and prepare an update for systems.

6. Investigate and develop skills in new technologies.

Skills Required:

1. Proven experience as a .NET Developer or https://resources.workable.com/application-developer-job-description" target="_blank">Application Developer.

2. Familiarity with the http://asp.net/" target="_blank">ASP.NET framework, SQL Server and design/architectural patterns (e.g. Model-View-Controller (MVC)).

3. Knowledge of at least one of the .NET languages (e.g. C#, Visual Basic .NET) and HTML5/CSS3.

4. Familiarity with JavaScript and JQuery.

5. Understanding of Agile methodologies.

6. Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Implement effective sourcing, screening, and interviewing techniques

• Developing fair HR policies and ensuring employees understand and comply with them

• Manage employee relations, employee engagement, appraisals, PF, ESI, etc.

• Act as the point of contact regarding labor legislation issues

• Manage employees’ grievances
• Create and run referral bonus programs
• Oversee daily operations of the HR department

Requirements:

• Must have at least 2+ years experience in Human Resource in manufacturing/industrial company. 
• Proven work experience as an HR Executive, HR Manager or similar role
• Familiarity with Human Resources Management Systems and Applicant Tracking Systems
• Experience with full-cycle recruiting
• Good knowledge of labor legislation (particularly employment contracts, employee leaves, and insurance)
• Demonstrable leadership abilities
• Solid communication skills
• BSc/MSc in Human Resources Management or relevant field
