About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced IT HR Manager to lead and manage the overall HR function within our technology organization. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in HR Management, Operations, and Generalist responsibilities, with a strong understanding of IT industry dynamics and workforce management.

Key Responsibilities:

1. HR Strategy & Management

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.

4. Employee Relations & Engagement

• Serve as a trusted advisor and mediator for employee relations issues.
• Promote a positive and inclusive work culture that drives motivation and retention.
• Design and execute employee engagement surveys and action plans.

5. HR Policy & Compliance

• Develop, review, and update HR policies and procedures in accordance with local labor laws and industry standards.
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and internal audits.

What you need to have:

We are looking for a Node.js Developer responsible for managing the interchange of data between the server and the users. Your primary focus will be the development of all server-side logic, definition and maintenance of the central database, and ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end. You will also be responsible for integrating the front-end elements built by your co-workers into the application. Therefore, a basic understanding of front-end technologies is necessary as well.
