Roles and Responsibilities :

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering innovative issuer processing solutions using cloud-based technology. 

Design and develop robust, scalable, and secure applications using Python.

Leverage existing cloud-based technology to build and deploy applications that meet the needs of the card issuing market.

Collaborate with Product Managers, UX/UI Designers, Solutions Architects, and other Engineers to define requirements, create software architecture, and deliver high-quality solutions.

Implement automated testing and deployment strategies to ensure reliability and efficiency in the software delivery process.

Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and security.

Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies in cloud computing and issuer processing to drive continuous innovation and improvement.

Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers, promoting best practices in software development.

Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems, ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests.

Participate in code reviews, contributing to the maintenance of high coding standards and improving the overall quality of the codebase.

Python Developer (1–2 Years) – Agentic RAG / LLM Applications

Job Summary

We are seeking a Python Developer (1–2 years of experience) with hands-on knowledge of LLM-based applications, particularly Agentic RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) workflows. The candidate should be comfortable building AI-powered assistants using LangChain / LlamaIndex, integrating vector databases, and delivering production-ready APIs.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend services using Python (FastAPI / Flask)

• Implement RAG pipelines (document ingestion → chunking → embedding → retrieval → generation)

• Build Agentic RAG workflows:

o tool calling / function calling

o multi-step reasoning tasks

o query rewriting, routing, planner-executor patterns

• Integrate Vector Databases:

o ChromaDB / FAISS / Pinecone / Weaviate (any)

• Implement ingestion pipelines for:

o PDFs, DOCX, Excel, websites, emails, internal docs

• Build prompt templates, guardrails, and response formatting

• Add observability/logging:

o token usage, cost tracking, latency, trace logs

• Write clean, modular, and testable code

• Deploy services using Docker, basic CI/CD support

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Python development

• Good understanding of RAG concepts:

Responsibilities:

 • Managing all Network equipment and ensuring uptime

 • Planning, implementation, and configuration of monitoring and maintenance network hardware and telecommunications links, including routers, switches, IDS, load-balancing, etc for expansions of network

 • Implementation and maintenance of network architecture components for managed services, including OS installation hardening management, implementation and maintenance of network monitoring tool sets

 • Establish and maintain a redundant network operations environment, including substantial software and hardware fail-over, monitoring and testing the configuration performance

 • Manage proper testing of the network environment, including simulations, stress testing, and benchmarks for both preventive maintenance and reporting purposes

 • Implementation and maintenance with consistent improvement of network security measures

 • Installation of router switches and LAN /WAN equipment
