
Python Developer (1–2 Years) – Agentic RAG / LLM Applications

Job Summary
We are seeking a Python Developer (1–2 years of experience) with hands-on knowledge of LLM-based applications, particularly Agentic RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) workflows. The candidate should be comfortable building AI-powered assistants using LangChain / LlamaIndex, integrating vector databases, and delivering production-ready APIs.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain backend services using Python (FastAPI / Flask)
• Implement RAG pipelines (document ingestion → chunking → embedding → retrieval → generation)
• Build Agentic RAG workflows:
o tool calling / function calling
o multi-step reasoning tasks
o query rewriting, routing, planner-executor patterns
• Integrate Vector Databases:
o ChromaDB / FAISS / Pinecone / Weaviate (any)
• Implement ingestion pipelines for:
o PDFs, DOCX, Excel, websites, emails, internal docs
• Build prompt templates, guardrails, and response formatting
• Add observability/logging:
o token usage, cost tracking, latency, trace logs
• Write clean, modular, and testable code
• Deploy services using Docker, basic CI/CD support
Required Skills
• Strong knowledge of Python development
• Experience with FastAPI / Flask
• Good understanding of RAG concepts:
o chunking strategies
o embeddings
o similarity search
o reranking (basic)
• Hands-on with at least one framework:
o LangChain / LlamaIndex
• Knowledge of LLM APIs
o OpenAI / Azure OpenAI / Anthropic / local models (any)
• Experience with databases
o PostgreSQL / MySQL (any)

Requirements
• 5–7 years mobile development (Android & iOS)
• Strong native expertise: Kotlin/Java (Android) and/or Swift (iOS)
• OR cross-platform expertise: React Native or Flutter
• Proven mobile architecture and technical decision leadership
• Deep mobile performance, offline support, and security knowledge
• Full app release lifecycle and store guidelines experience
• Track record mentoring engineers and leading delivery
• API integration and mobile-backend communication expertise
• Strong ownership mindset and AI-first working style
Nice-to-Have
• AI/LLM or conversational AI features in mobile apps
• Video stack experience: streaming, recording, real-time communication (WebRTC)
• Real-time/streaming and push notification systems at scale
