Role Overview :

We are looking for a Lead Java Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Java (Java 21, Spring Boot, and Hibernate), Angular (v19), and AWS to lead agile scrum teams and drive end-to-end feature delivery.

Key Skills Required :

• Java 21, Spring Boot MVC, Spring Data, Hibernate, Gradle

• PostgreSQL / RDBMS / NoSQL

Position Overview:

We seek a talented and experienced professional to serve as the Head of Engineering and a Senior Backend Developer with expertise in Go (Golang). In this dual role, you will lead our engineering team and contribute hands-on to developing our B2B SaaS platform, which aims to revolutionize blue-collar worker training in India. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, set engineering standards, and ensure the successful execution of our technology initiatives.

As Head of Engineering:

• Oversee the recruitment, mentoring, and performance management of engineering team members.
• Define and maintain engineering best practices, coding standards, and development methodologies.
• Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets
• Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the engineering team.
• Drive technical decisions and architecture discussions to ensure scalability, security, and maintainability.

As Senior Backend Developer (Go):

• Design the architecture and implement high-performance, scalable, and reliable backend services in Go.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while ensuring the security and integrity of the platform.
• Optimize and fine-tune the backend components for maximum speed and scalability.
• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs for seamless integration with frontend and external systems.
• Implement asynchronous programming and event-driven architecture for handling concurrent requests efficiently.
• Work on data modelling and integration with databases for data storage and retrieval.
• Write unit tests and perform code reviews to maintain code quality and ensure robustness.

Senior PHP Developer

Experience: 1 year to 5 years

Although salary is not a constraint for a deserving candidate

We are looking for 1.5 yrs+ experienced candidates proficient in PHP/ MySQL to develop Websites and web applications. The desired candidate would be involved in the full software/ website development life cycle starting from requirement analysis to testing. The candidate should be able to work in a team or should be able to handle projects independently.

Job Responsibilities: -

• Hands-on experience in Core PHP along with working exposure in XHTML, HTML 5, JavaScript, CSS, Ajax, jQuery, bootstrap, APIs.
• PHP Scripting with MVC architecture Frameworks like Codeingnator and Laravel.
• Should take responsibility to develop a website and Web-Based Application using Open Source systems.
• Knowledge of Linux, Web application development, Quality software development.
• Optimizing MySQL Queries and databases to improve the performance.
• Excellent conceptual, analytical, and programming skills.
• Knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOPS) concepts with Smarty and AJAX.
• Should be well versed with OS: Linux/ UNIX, Windows (LAMP and WAMP)
  Good experience in Relational Database Management Systems, Database design, Normalization.
• Preference will be given if you hold working knowledge with Open Source like WordPress, Shopify, and other open-source eCommerce systems.
• Good communication skills (spoken/written) will be a plus.
• Must be technically and logically strong.

We are looking for an Android developer responsible for the development and maintenance of applications aimed at a vast number of diverse Android devices. Your primary focus will be the development of Android applications and their integration with back-end services. You will be working along-side other engineers and developers working on different layers of the infrastructure. Therefore, commitment to collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design, and creating quality products is essential.

• Design and build advanced applications for the Android platform
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
• Work with outside data sources and APIs
• Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability
• Work on bug fixing and improving application performance
• Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency

• BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject
• Proven software development experience and Android skills development
• Proven working experience in Android app development and
• Have published at least one original Android app
• Experience with Android SDK
• Experience working with remote data via REST and JSON
• Experience with third-party libraries and APIs
• Working knowledge of the general mobile landscape, architectures, trends, and emerging technologies
• Solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle.

3. Writing frontend code with SOLID principle
4. Unit testing of your code with Travis CLI
5. Collaborative development with BitBucket or GIT and handling of code merge conflicts
6. Documenting frontend code 
7. Knowledge of Android native and iOS native is a plus
8. Proficient in Linux,  and understanding of Ubuntu OS
9. Knowledge on Firebase or Firestore is a plus
