Role Overview:

We are looking for a Front-End UI Software Developer with a keen eye for detail, design sensibility, and technical proficiency. You’ll collaborate with UX designers and backend developers to bring stunning and intuitive interfaces to life for our communication products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain responsive user interfaces using HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
• Develop front-end features using React.js, Angular, or any modern front-end framework.
• Work closely with product designers and backend developers to implement sleek and user-centric UI designs.
• Optimize components for maximum speed and scalability.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness.
• Debug UI-related issues and improve application performance.
• Stay up to date with the latest UI/UX trends, front-end technologies, and coding practices.

Key Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in front-end development.
• Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
• Hands-on experience in React.js, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and integrating UI with backend systems.
• Familiarity with version control tools like Git.
• Knowledge of UI frameworks like Bootstrap or Material UI is a plus.
• Strong understanding of responsive and adaptive design principles.

Responsibilities

Providing a strong leadership for the Tech QA department to move to greater heights of value and maturity.

Develop functional and performance test plans and cases for internal and external facing software systems

Driving tools and frameworks for functional automation and performance  testing

Participate in required activities and validation gates running up to a General Availability release

Building a strong, highly motivated, vibrant, innovative and highly engaged teams

Building a strong competence in project management, process management and QA practices

Responsible for the delivery from the project management, improvements in software engineering practices, process adoption and quality aspects of all the releases of products and features.

Responsible for all the projects managed and stakeholder satisfaction

Responsible for the quality of the deliverables signed off by the QA teams

Responsible for building a  strong knowledge base in product, domain and functional areas

High level of maturity in delivery management in terms of project planning, execution, quality and stakeholder expectation management

Ideal Candidate Profile

7 to 15 years of product QA experience, with at least 2 years of experience as QEM or EM

7+ years of experience as a SDET/automation engineer

5+ years of experience Testing software for mobile applications/ web applications on devices(Android/IPhone)

Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, or equivalent technical domain

Preferably with product based startup experience

Should have built automation competency using selenium, appium, web services and performance testing

Knowledge and application of concepts such as continuous integration, continuous build, dev ops.

Shows creativity and initiative to improve Test coverage and effectiveness.

Strong competency in project management, process management, Product quality management, people management and delivery management skills and experience

Good understanding and experience in working product development organisations, B2C product line, and mobile products.

Requirements:

Responsibilities:

• Ensure the design and development of the application fulfil our requirements and achieve desired objectives.
• Ensure company standards are followed; Project schedules and issues are effectively managed, and the same is effectively communicated.
• Ensure documentation, knowledge sharing, and training in new software.
• Create technical specifications and test plans.
• Monitor the functioning of the application and provide suggestions and support to maintain the same.

Experience in a game development company or in developing gaming applications would be an added advantage.

• Experience in Windows NDIS networking driver development.
• Experience in developing and maintaining of Network drivers and/or IWARP drivers and/or TCP offload drivers and/or iSCSI drivers and/or FCoE drivers is preferable.
• Experience in analyzing and debugging kernel crash dumps.

• RDMA/IWARP/RoCE, TCP offload, iSCSI, FCoE, FC, Networking device drivers.
• Good knowledge in TCP/IP.
• Performance tuning, crash dump analysis, solving critical customer issues

• 5-7 years of relevant product design, development and testing experience
• Strong technical skills in java springboot/MVC frameworks, reactjS. API development, Cloud native solutions like lambda, azure functions is good to have.
• Database – primarily Mongo DB, Knowledge of postgres /MySQL is good to have
• DevOps - Knowledge of DevOps will be good to have
• API - Preferred experience with one of API gateway platform (Apigee, Mulesoft, Kong, WSO2)
• Good communication skills, with an ability to express and understand complex technical concepts.
