Responsibilities:

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-centric Technical Consultant – Cisco SSE (Security Service Edge) to join our team in Bangalore. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor and hands-on expert, leading the end-to-end design, deployment, and optimization of Cisco's cutting-edge SSE solutions for enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement Cisco SSE solutions for secure user access to cloud and on-prem resources.
• Perform ongoing policy and access control reviews, aligning with Zero Trust principles.
• Troubleshoot SSE-related issues, including secure connectivity, access policies, and traffic routing.
• Lead end-to-end implementation of Cisco SSE solutions for enterprise clients.
• Configure and deploy Cisco (ZTNA, SWG, CASB) in customer environments.
• Work closely with network teams to integrate Cisco SD-WAN and optimize SSE delivery.
• Troubleshoot technical issues during and after implementation, ensuring minimal downtime.
• Conduct knowledge transfer and handover sessions for client IT teams.
• Collaborate with Cisco TAC, account managers, and the partner ecosystem for escalations.
• Document configurations, solution architectures, and SOPs.
• Provide post-deployment tuning, updates, and optimization services.
• Collaborate with IT, Security, and Compliance teams to ensure architecture meets business and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor and optimize network security performance across branch offices, mobile users, and remote workforces.
• Provide technical documentation and training to internal teams.

Skills Needed:

Core Requirements — Education & Experience: Min 6 Years

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 6 to 12 years of experience in network and security engineering

• Place bids on online portals like Upwork, Freelancer, Guru etc. using company account
• Placing genuine and relevant data on bids as per the requirements specified by the client
• Managing accounts on these platforms and optimizing the company profile
• Generating leads from these portals and handling the communication with the client during pre-sales stage
• Providing estimates to clients and leading project towards closure
• Daily reporting to manager for work done and defining strategies

Education

Experience

3- 5+ years of experience as a .Net Application/Software Developer

Job Requirements

The Software Developer must be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience (either through in an internship, previous employment, or in a college project):

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Science or equivalent field
• 3-5+ years of experience with C#, .NET 3.5 and above framework, Visual Studio 2012 and above, http://asp.net/">NETWeb Forms, and IIS 6/7; Familiarity or experience with server design/architectural patterns (e.g. Model-View-Controller (MVC)), and general Server-Side Development (e.g. ASP.Net, SQL Server, Oracle, PHP)
• Experience with SQL, JavaScript, AJAX, JSON, jQuery, HTML/HTML5, CSS/CSS3, JSON Requests, Responsive Web Development, and cross browser development is a PLUS.
• Experience in other languages such as mobile based (Objective-C, Java, Swift, etc.) is a PLUS.

• Understanding of Design Patterns and Object-Oriented Concepts.

Role & Responsibilities

Depending on current project needs, responsibilities could entail any of the following:

• Translate application storyboards and use cases into architecture concepts and pseudocode
• Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable C# code by writing clean, scalable code using Object Oriented Programming Principles (OOP) and our defined Development Standards guide
• Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications by identifying any observed bottlenecks and bugs, and suggesting solutions / technical alternatives to mitigate and address these issues; Make recommendations and/or changes towards the development of new code or reuse of existing code, and improve/streamline processes and systems
• Support projects through entire Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) by participating in the requirements analysis and research gathering (R&D) process, and/or writing documentation such as technical specifications, user guides, and other forms of documentation.
• Interact with team members (end-users, testers, distributors, analysts and project/release managers) in a team-oriented fashion
• Follow software development methodologies and best practices
• Ensure system improvements and tickets are successfully implemented through following up with developers and QA team
