EDI Tester / QA Analyst

Role Summary:

Validates migrated EDI maps, ensuring data integrity and functional accuracy across customer configurations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute EDI-specific test cases and scenarios.
• Verify transaction correctness for multiple customer configurations.
• Conduct regression and integration testing.
• Log, track, and retest defects.
• Support client UAT.

Skills Required:

• Experience in EDI testing (X12, EDIFACT standards).
• Knowledge of Profit Tools and PortPro transaction workflows.
• Proficiency in test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail).
• Data validation skills (SQL, XML/JSON parsing).
• Understanding of API testing (Postman, SoapUI).
• Strong analytical and documentation skills.

Responsibilities:

· Lead the project to on-time and quality delivery as agreed by the client

· Be the part-time project manager & team leader

· Raise and negotiate issues and risks with senior management of the client

· Manage profitability of the project

· As the lead designer, he/she needs to guide team members well and facilitate their learning in the organization

· Stay up-to-date with latest achievements, best practices and trends in design

· Candidate should be willing to travel for on-site project executions for short/long durations in India and abroad

· Candidate should be open to temporary/permanent relocation within Think Designs studios in India

Deliverables:

Due to his/her role as a Design Leader & Project Manager, a Lead UX Designer will be responsible for ensuring on-time and quality delivery of all deliverables for the project even though he/she may not actually work on all of them. Depending on client requirements, as a Lead designer, he/she will be responsible for delivering all or some of the following:

· Design Strategy based on User Mapping, User Stories, Business Needs, Technology inputs

· Wireframes

· Navigation Structures

· Story Boards

· Interactive Guidelines

· Visual Designs

· Prototypes

· Design Systems

· Specification Documentation

Your responsibilities could include:

• Managing your area of responsibility, including providing support, absence management, discipline and grievance, and recruitment activities
• Effectively setting out goals and objectives for your team, including those for supervisory roles that may fall under your reporting line and structure
• Acting as a role model and always behaving in line with our company values
• Driving employee engagement by personal interaction and engagement with your team in order to develop and coach them in their duties and responsibilities
• Managing contractual budgets in line with financial targets
• Ensuring all aspects of the required security services are being delivered to the customers’ satisfaction and in accordance with the contract
• Ensuring there are sufficient trained, licenced and vetted staff working at all times to meet customer and contract requirements
• Ensuring contract required training and screening / vetting has been completed for all security staff
• Developing professional customer relationships, responding appropriately to customer requests and concerns
• Completing effective health & safety assessments, ensuring accurate and timely reporting of any incidents, involvement in subsequent investigations and providing input into health & safety committees or forums.

Role & Responsibilities

• Design and develop complex, scalable web applications using Django and Python.
• Collaborate closely with the product and design teams to define feature specifications.
• Contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle - requirements analysis, development, testing, and production release.
• Proactively identify bottlenecks in the system and work to mitigate them.
• Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Interface with clients to understand their business, goals, and visions for products.
• Assist in the preparation and execution of technical meetings with clients.
• Provide technical support to clients, help them understand our services, and resolve their issues timely.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• 3+ years of experience in Django and Python development.
• Strong understanding of the Django framework and Python language.
• Good understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX).
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and Django Rest Framework.
• Experience in working with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL).
• Excellent debugging and optimization skills.
• Good understanding of software design patterns and principles.
• Must be fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable with working in a client-facing role and able to handle communications effectively.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup, manage tasks and time effectively.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or a related field.

JOB OVERVIEW:

We are looking for an HR and Admin person responsible for managing all the aspects of the company's administration and Human Resources inclusive of the entire processes and practices. Your primary focus will be in organizational development by enforcing the defined company policies, processing the internal arrangements.

The key objective is to impart corporate values and enable business success through the stream of human resources that consists of job design, business ethics,employment cycle,talent management, and facilities management services.

WHAT YOU WILL DO-

• Key ownership in implementation of Business and located HR strategies within the process, team and adhere to company  policies/practices.

• Will be the single point of contact for employees and managers for employee related dimensions.

• Ensuring compliance, regulating audits,managing staff wellness.

• Make high-judgment recommendations in the absence of clear guidance from leadership and must have an uncompromising attitude to maintain the decorum of the professional environment.
• Identify the training resources to train the employees in the core functions by measuring the effectiveness of the training and validate the same through feedback and monthly review process with the help of the respective Team Leads and Manager of the Research Department.
• Monthly attrition analysis to track and address undesirable attrition.

EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full-Time

LOCATION: In-Office –Jaipur, India

SHIFT TIMINGS: 8pm to 5am IST (Night Shift) 

• Six days a week, second and fourth Saturdays off. 
• The concerned POC will be following the US Calendar.
