• Building and supporting backend and frontend development of websites and application projects
• Producing appropriate and effective technical solutions
• Working with a wider, distributed technology and project management teams to meet deadlines and maintain a high standard of code quality
• Understanding, defining, and communicating functional and non-functional requirements
• Working with our technical directors and project managers to define, scope, and estimate projects and features
• Working with QA teams to address bugs and ensure our work output is of the best quality

• Excellent written and verbal English communication
• Full exposure to both backend and frontend development on Drupal platforms
• A strong and demonstrable background working with Drupal, especially 8/9
• Experience building custom integrations, services, and modules within Drupal as well as integrating with APIs
• Strong in Data Structure and Algorithm
• Experience with Drupal templating using HTML5, CSS (SCSS is a bonus), and JavaScript and also the Twig templating engine
• Competent with MySQL and optimising query and table performance within a Drupal platform
• Working with cloud platforms like AWS
• BE/B.Tech/MCA with 4+ years of experience in Drupal implementation
• Strong experience in CI/CD processes (Jenkins, pipelines etc.)
• Should have a good understanding of OOPs concept and Design Patterns like
• Good Understanding of workflows

• The successful applicant will be responsible for the technical delivery of all development assignments allocated to him in a timely fashion, while meeting rigorous quality targets.
• Unit testing of code - Working with very large and complex SQL databases
• Troubleshooting through resolution of technical issues and system errors
• Performing testing, documentation, and mentoring/grooming/coaching less technical staff where applicable
• Work with Architects, Project Managers, and other Developers to estimate the level of effort necessary to implement assigned work packages.
• Write efficient, clean, tested code that follows high standards and quality requirements

Specific Skillset Required

Minimum 2-3 Years of strong hands-on experience on:

• PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, CSS, HTML 5, Ajax, JSON
• PHP framework preferably Laravel

Strong Fundamental knowledge required

• Web development experience in Core PHP, Mysql, MVC architecture.
• Computer Science fundamentals in object-oriented design, data structures
• Implementation of Service Integration of an on Demand Web Application
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as (Git / SVN / Bitbucket)
• Experience in developing cross-browser-compatible web applications in HTML, CSS
• Experience developing and deploying solutions/applications across various environments (on-premises and cloud (AWS, Azure, Alibaba, GCP etc.)

• Build innovative, state-of-the-art applications and collaborate with the User Experience (UX) team. 
• Prepare and maintain all applications utilizing standard development tools 
• Develop backend data services and contribute to increasing existing APIs 
• Ability to act individually in a complex and fast-paced environment
• Closely work with the Product and QA teams to ensure smooth delivery 
• Participate in solution designing with Tech leads and Systems Architects
• Document the development process, architecture, and standard components
• Coordinate with co-developers and keep project manager well informed of the status of development efforts 
• Keep abreast of new trends and best practices in web development 

• BE/BTech or some equivalent academic stance. 

• 2-5 years’ experience 
• A confident, self-starter, team player with drive, enthusiasm, and excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills 
• Ability to manage yourself and be a self-starter. 

• Great people skills to closely work with other teams. 
• Strong in establishing systems & processes 
• Expertise in Laravel, MySQL, and Git 
• Thorough in Object-oriented concepts 
• Knowledge of Restful Web services 
• Understanding of web applications
• Working knowledge of one or more caching, queuing systems in desirable
• Familiarity with AngularJs or React is a big plus
