Strong Microsoft Fabric / Azure Data Architect profile

Mandatory (Experience 1) – Must have 8+ years of experience in Data Architecture / Data Engineering, with strong exposure to enterprise-scale data platform modernization initiatives

Mandatory (Experience 2) – Must have 3+ years of deep hands-on experience in Microsoft Fabric ecosystem including Fabric Lakehouse, OneLake, and Data Factory, with large-scale implementations

Mandatory (Experience 3) – Strong expertise in designing and implementing Medallion (Bronze/Silver/Gold) architecture and scalable lakehouse platforms supporting batch and real-time workloads

Mandatory (Experience 4) – Strong experience in Azure data ecosystem including Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse, ADLS, and Power BI, with good understanding of cloud-native data architectures

Mandatory (Experience 5) – Proven experience designing scalable data models including Dimensional Modelling (Star/Snowflake) and/or Data Vault for enterprise data warehouses

Mandatory (Experience 6) – Must have hands-on experience building ingestion pipelines including batch, streaming, and CDC pipelines using tools like Spark, Kafka, or Fabric pipelines

Mandatory (Experience 7) – Strong experience in implementing data governance frameworks including data cataloging, lineage, metadata management, and security controls

Mandatory (Skill 1) – Proven experience in building CI/CD pipelines for data platforms using Azure DevOps / Git, including automated deployment and environment management

Mandatory (Skill 2) – Hands-on experience designing AI/ML-ready data platforms, enabling advanced analytics, machine learning, and Generative AI use cases

Mandatory (Skill 3) – Experience with orchestration and workflow tools, and integrating data platforms with BI tools like Power BI for enterprise reporting

Mandatory (Note) – Only immediate joiners (within 15 days) will be considered

Candidate must have Deep understanding of Gujarati digital culture, trends, memes, and Gujarati cinema.

Candidate should be Fluent in Gujarati (written and spoken) with strong command over cultural nuances and local slang.

Candidate should have 3 to 6 years of hands-on experience in Heavy social media content creation or digital content roles

Must have direct experience owning end-to-end social media execution (ideation → creation → posting → analysis)

Proven ability to independently create high-quality social content (reels, memes, carousels, short videos)

Must be a full-stack creator – capable of ideation, writing, designing, video editing, and publishing without external dependency

Hands-on experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Runway, Pika, CapCut, or similar

Strong working knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube publishing and analytics

Proven track record of driving engagement and community interaction, not just posting content

Mandatory portfolio showcasing original Gujarati content created by the candidate.

Strong Storyboarding Visualiser profile

Mandatory (Experience 1):Must have 2+ years of experience in designing/visualisation with experience in creating storyboards for animation, video, or marketing content

Mandatory (Experience 2):Must have experience in conceptualising visual stories, including interpreting scripts, briefs, or creative ideas into clear visual sequences

Mandatory (Experience 3): Must have experience in client/team management, coordinating with designers, animators, copywriters, and clients to ensure creative deliverables meet brand and project standards.

Mandatory (Tech Skills 1): Must have knowledge of motion graphics and video editing, including tools such as After Effects, Premiere Pro, or equivalent software, with an understanding of how storyboards translate into animation.

Mandatory (Tech Skills 2): Must have strong drawing and visual storytelling skills, with the ability to convey mood, movement, action, camera angles, transitions, and composition in both digital and traditional formats.

Mandatory (Portfolio): Strong portfolio/work samples showcasing storyboards, motion graphics, visual storytelling, or video/design projects. Portfolio should clearly demonstrate creativity, drawing ability, sequencing, and software proficiency.

Mandatory (Note1): Candidate must be flexible to work in shifts from 2 PM to 11 PM, aligning with team and client requirements

Mandatory (Note2): Work is going to be pre-production focused
