About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled B2B SaaS SEO Content Specialist to take full ownership of high-quality, engaging, and conversion-driven content creation. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of SEO practices and be proficient in both actively writing and overseeing the end-to-end content creation pipeline, from ideation to publication. You will be responsible for writing SEO-optimized blog content creation, collaborating with a team of writers, and ensuring that all content is aligned with our goals to drive organic traffic and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities:

B2B SaaS Content Writing Expertise:

·      Thoroughly research and write SEO-optimized content tailored for the B2B SaaS industry.

·      Develop various types of content, including blog posts, whitepapers, eBooks, case studies, website copy, landing page copy, and email marketing content.

·      Must be well-versed with using AI content tools like ChatGPT, Jasper, and Copy.ai for content research, ideation and tailoring content for business purposes.

Content Editing (Managing Content Pipeline):

·      Actively provide feedback to a team of freelance writers and manage the entire content creation process for blogs, from ideation to editing, while ensuring deadlines are met.

·      Plan and optimize blogs periodically to ensure they rank on the first page of search engine results.

SEO & Content Optimization:

·      Write and ensure all content is fully optimized for search engines to drive traffic and improve rankings.

·      Optimize title tags, meta descriptions, headers, and internal linking as part of the SEO process.

·      Collaborate with the SEO team to ensure all content adheres to on-page SEO best practices.

·      Take ownership of keyword optimization and maintaining SEO standards across various content formats.

Marketing & Analytics Knowledge:

·      Use Google Analytics and Search Console to track content performance and organic traffic growth.

·      Analyze content performance data to refine content strategy and improve SEO outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process for IT positions, from understanding client requirements and job descriptions to posting job ads, sourcing candidates, screening, interviewing, and successfully closing positions.
• Sourcing & Talent Pooling: Utilize various sourcing channels (job boards, social media, networking, referrals) to identify and attract top IT talent. Build and maintain a talent pool for future hiring needs.

• Can solve problems independently, be responsible for the requirement analysis and design implementation of important business modules, and be familiar with the online deployment environment, able to independently analyse and quickly troubleshoot online faults.

• Familiar with JAVA programming principles, understand their advanced features and class libraries, network and server programming, multi-threaded programming, common open source products
• Experience in SOA EIP using Apache Camel Spring Integration

• High quality coding ability, reusability, low coupling, scalability, high performance, maintainability, high security

• Have the architectural design capabilities of modules and subsystems, master common architectural design methods and patterns

• Understand SOA, event-driven, distributed system principles, large-scale network application structure, message middleware, caching, load balancing, clustering technology, data synchronization, NoSQL

• Have the project experience of RabbitMQ or Kafka
