Must-Have Skills

1. Mobile Test Automation – Strong hands-on experience in Espresso (Android),

XCUITest (iOS), and WebDriverIO for web & mobile hybrid apps.

2. Programming Languages – Proficiency in Java, Kotlin, Swift, and

JavaScript/TypeScript.

3. Test Frameworks & Tools – Experience with JUnit, TestNG, Mocha, Appium

(optional), WebDriverIO.

4. CI/CD & DevOps – Hands-on experience in Jenkins, CircleCI, GitHub Actions, and

Bitrise.

5. Version Control – Strong knowledge of Git, GitHub, Bitbucket.

6. Cloud Device Testing – Experience with Sauce Labs, BrowserStack, AWS Device

Farm, or Firebase Test Lab.

7. API Testing – Hands-on experience with Postman, REST Assured, or Kotlin for

API automation.

8. Performance Testing – Exposure to mobile performance testing using tools like

Android Profiler, Xcode Instruments, JMeter.

9. Agile & Collaboration – Familiarity with JIRA, Rally, Confluence, and working in

Agile environments.

10. Debugging & Troubleshooting – Strong ability to debug test failures and optimize

automation performance.

Develop and execute automation test scripts for Android (Espresso/JetPack

Compose) and iOS (XCUITest) applications.

● Work closely with development and QA teams to ensure complete test coverage

and seamless integration.

● Maintain and optimize existing test automation frameworks for scalability,

reliability, and performance.

● Set up and manage automation testing workflows in CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, CircleCI, and other tools.

·      Have Knowledge of the UC &/or CC platforms in the market (Chat, Meetings, Video, Phone, Marketplace/API)

·      Having voice and Network knowledge, SaaS experience is nice to have

·      Have solid business acumen and executive presence, able to position UC/CC Communication platform end-to-end

·      Have to experience to work cohesively with customers, Sales Team, and Partners

·      Act as a leader when the situation warrants

Have an understanding of the partner ecosystem, products and applications

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for new business development, lead generation, business communication, and account management. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, establishing and maintaining client relationships, and meeting business targets.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Write well-designed, testable, efficient, and high-quality code.
• Design (LLD & HLD) and architect technical solutions for the business problems of a large-scale system.
• Prepare and produce releases of software components.
• Support continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and technologies.

• Lead the backend engineering team with examples.

Requirements:

• 5+ years’ experience under your belt developing performance-critical applications that run in a production environment using Node.Js
• Expertise in Database modeling, preferably relational DB, spotting DB bottlenecks, and writing optimized DB queries.
• Expertise in common Cloud technologies, AWS/GCP Knowledge of CI/CD tools and workflows.
• Knowledge in one or more of the following: NoSQL (especially, but not only Redis), Queueing system experience (Kafka, RabbitMQ, ActiveMQ, MSMQ)
• Good stakeholder management skills, with an ability to build trust and rapport with internal and external stakeholders
• It is good to have knowledge of Kubernetes and Docker and related deployment technologies.

We are looking for an experienced and creative Senior Product Designer to join the Empuls product team!
As the product designer, you will be responsible for delivering the optimal user experience across the Empuls web and mobile apps. This is a high visibility role and has a large contribution to the overall success of the product and customer satisfaction. The role requires deep collaboration with the product, technology, marketing, and sales teams. This role might include some people management responsibilities.

• Craft detail of new and existing product features, from understanding the customer pain point to defining wireframes, high definition prototypes and finally collaborating with the technology team to navigate through constraints and build the product.
• Partner closely with our Product, Marketing, and Technology teams to understand what users need, want, and love about the product. Use the data to plan and define the optimal user experience.
• Create design systems that help with a common design language across the entire product portfolio in a distributed team.
• Aid product marketing in telling the product stories in the best way possible to help users in product adoption and onboarding.
• Build and implement processes for user testing. Take a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Mentor other designers and drive the vision for the specific domain by partnering with product owners & engineering leads
