Email Marketing Specialist

Copypower Media (www.copypower.co) is a fast growing content marketing agency helping businesses scale their revenue online. We are looking for smart, creative, and savvy digital marketers who want to build a thriving career as email marketing specialists.

You’ll be working directly with our creative director helping plan, setup, organize, and execute email campaigns for our global clients. We are looking for a team player who is interested in growing his/her career in email marketing. You will learn industry leading email marketing best-practices working alongside some of the brightest entrepreneurs and marketers.

What will you do?

1. Plan, organize, and launch email marketing campaigns for clients (mainly in the USA)
2. List management and customer segmentation 
3. Creating landing pages (using Drag and Drop landing page builders such as ClickFunnels) 
4. Configuring third party integrations 
5. A/B testing and conversion rate optimization using email marketing best practices 
6. Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly email performance reports
7. Provide timely support to clients ensuring highest level of customer satisfaction 

What do we expect you to be?

• Conversant with digital marketing concepts such as Conversion Rate Optimization, A/B Testing, and Google Analytics/Google Tag Manager
• Proficient in using Good sheet, Google doc, Microsoft word, Microsoft excel, and basic design/image editing software/tools 
• Keen learner with ability to grasp new concepts quickly 
• Well-versed in using marketing technology (martech)
• Decent command over written and spoken english
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and Javascript 
• Understanding of CMS and e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Wordpress, Megento, Squarespace etc.
