Job Description: Design Consultant

As a Design Consultant for the Ligne Roset French Luxury Furniture brand, you will be responsible for working with a team at the Boutique in understanding customer requirements and crafting solutions using the Company’s product portfolio. This role requires experience in retail of luxury furniture.

Job Requirements:

Delivering an outstanding customer experience:

• Engaging with customers to understand their furniture needs and providing recommendations that meet their requirements.
• Attending to walk in customers’ inquiries.
• Promoting sales of high-end furniture and lifestyle accessories.
• Guiding customers through the purchasing process, including explaining product features and benefits, pricing, warranties, and delivery options.
• Responding to customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly, ensuring resolution to their satisfaction.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.

Sales and Business Development:

• Meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs set by the management.
• Proactively engaging with customers to drive sales, building customer loyalty, and increasing market share.
• Building a robust pipeline of potential customers and maintaining an accurate customer database.
• Identifying opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell products and services to customers.
• Maintaining an up-to-date understanding of market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to identify new opportunities for growth.

Store Operations:

• Ensuring that the store is well presented, and the products are displayed attractively and prominently.
• Maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring the store is adequately stocked.
• Ensuring that the store is clean, tidy, and meets health and safety standards.
• Providing feedback to the management on customer preferences, product demand, and store operations to continuously improve the business.

Candidate Qualifications & Skill Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or Interior Designing
• 2+ years of experience in retail sales, preferably in luxury furniture industry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for tracking information in MIS.

Responsibilities

• Write effective, scalable code
• Develop back-end components to improve responsiveness and overall performance
• Integrate user-facing elements into applications
• Test and debug programs
• Improve functionality of existing systems
• Implement security and data protection solutions
• Assess and prioritize feature requests
• Coordinate with internal teams to understand user requirements and provide technical solutions

• Work experience as a Python Developer
• Expertise in at least one popular Python framework (like Django, Flask or Rest Frameworks)
• Knowledge of object-relational mapping (ORM)
• Familiarity with front-end technologies (like JavaScript and HTML5)
• Team spirit
• Good problem-solving skills
• BSc in Computer Science, Engineering or relevant field

Minimum 4 to 14 Years OTM Technical / Functional experience

• Must have functional and techno-functional experience in OTM implementation and/or have supported projects dealing with these systems, and/or have worked on OTM Cloud
• Must have strong technical and functional knowledge of the latest OTM Application
• Must have knowledge of preparing mapping document to interface OTM system with EDI, WMS, order management and finance systems, and be able to translate the functional specifications into design specifications for the Offshore Delivery Centre
• Must have ability to write SQL statements for automation agents and other technical topics
• Hands on experience on JSPX/XSL will be additional advantage.
• Experience in end-to-end OTM life cycle/implementations/up-gradation and OTM architecture will be preferred

Job Description :

We are hiring experienced PHP Developer responsible for developing web applications. Your primary focus will be the development of all server-side logic.

You will also be responsible for integrating the front-end elements built by your co-workers into the application. Therefore, a basic understanding of front-end technologies is necessary as well.

- Design and Build Web Applications.

- Prior experience of custom APIs creation and good command with MySQL is required.

- CodeIgniter & Laravel prior knowledge is required.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

- Work with outside data sources and API.

- Should be able to develop the application with effective coding with minimal errors/bugs.

- Work on bug fixing and improving application performance.

- Ability to be a self-starter, prioritize your work, stay organized, self-motivating and work and motivate well in a team environment is critical.

- Should be able to manage the whole project solely or in the team.
