As a Product Manager at Brainstorm Force, you’ll be at the forefront of shaping the direction of our WordPress products and SaaS applications, bridging the gap between stakeholders, development teams, and customers.

From conducting market research and defining product roadmaps to overseeing feature delivery, acceptance testing, and post-launch optimization, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving product innovation, enhancing user experiences, and achieving business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Vision and Strategy:

• Define the overarching vision and strategic goals for our product portfolio.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and gather customer feedback.
• Identify opportunities for product differentiation and innovation.

Roadmap Planning and Prioritization:

• Develop product roadmap, prioritize features based on business objectives and customer needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment (development, support and marketing)

Product Mockups:

• Work closely with the team to plan product features and create mockups.
• Ensure that product designs align with user needs and business objectives.

Feature Definition:

• Work closely with the team to define user stories, acceptance criteria, and feature specifications.
• Prioritize features based on their impact on users, revenue and market competitiveness.

Feature Acceptance:

• Conduct final acceptance testing to ensure that features meet quality standards.
• Provide the final go-ahead for product releases based on acceptance testing results.
• Ensure adherence to timelines.

Stakeholder Engagement and Communication:

• Engage with stakeholders and align customers satisfaction with business goals.
• Communicate product vision, roadmap, and progress to internal teams and external stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• In-depth knowledge of WordPress ecosystem and familiarity with relevant technologies.
• Understanding of user needs and business objectives
• Ability to prioritize features based on their impact on user satisfaction and business goals.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies and plans.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders.
• Experience working in tools like Jira, Linear, etc for backlog management.
• Proven track record of product planning, acceptance testing, and product design.

• Feedback from cross-functional teams regarding collaboration and alignment with product strategy.
• Team morale and satisfaction with product direction and leadership.
• Effectiveness of communication and alignment with stakeholders.

Roles and responsibilities:

• Responsible for the development of Salesforce.com solutions within the scope of Business Applications projects and enhancements
• Apply best practices and technical/business experience to Salesforce solutions, including design trade-offs and communication of design decisions
• Work with backend systems, integration, and data warehouse team members to implement integrated data and process flows. Analyze and recommend improvements to existing data and process flows.
• Support Salesforce.com system administrators as necessary to set up fields, profiles, roles, security, and other configurations
• Responsible for source code management including check-in, code merges, and branch management, using tools such as Git and Jenkins

             Educational Qualifications

• E / B.Tech / M.E / M.Tech / M.S / MCA graduate (preferably from a reputed college or University) with minimum 3-7 Years of experience in Salesforce development with a Product based company (Preferably Cloud or Mobile based)

              Technical Attributes

• 4-9 years of experience in developing large-scale solutions on the Force.com platform. At least two large enterprise Salesforce implementation projects involving multiple releases, change management processes, and/or multi-locale deployment.
• Experience in Lightning Framework, Apex, Visual Force, Triggers and Patterns and must have completed 2 salesforce certifications.
• Experience in LWC is a must.
• Must have experience in CI/CD and provide inputs for integrating Salesforce with other cloud and noncloud solutions. 
• Expertise in Sales Cloud or Service Cloud or Community cloud is mandatory
• Experience in translating business requirements into working solutions using a combination of Salesforce.com configuration and custom development approaches
• Expertise in building customer-facing, web-based user interfaces for customer and partner communities, with an understanding of HTML/XHTML, XML, Java, JavaScript, CSS, AJAX, SQL, SOAP based or RESTful web services

• Expertise in developing applications on the Microsoft .NET framework.
• C#, ASP.NET MVC, .NET Core, SQL Server, Azure API, ReactJS
• Hands-on experience in .NET Core MVC, Angular/React and SQL Server, Azure
• Experience in writing NUnit test cases and GitHub
• Nice to Have Knowledge on Azure DevOps and Azure API
• Need to have Hands-on development experience

Minimum requirements 

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering preferably  CS  or related discipline  
• 3+ years experience working in Unix/Linux environments building web and mobile applications
• Proficiency in developing and deploying cloud based Python/Postgresql applications preferably using frameworks such as Django
• Experience with design and development of moderately complex software projects
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Familiarity with version control software such as Git

Desired  requirements 

• 5+ years of overall relevant work experience
• Experience building apps using React/React-Native
• Basic understanding of AWS cloud
• Ability to participate in technical discussions and help make technical trade-offs
