1. Job Overview

• Responsible for sales and business development of Building Automation Solutions (BAS) & ELV projects.

Client Engagement

• Build and maintain strong client relationships.

Technical & Project Support

• Possess strong technical knowledge of BAS, HVAC, and ELV systems.
• Coordinate with project and technical teams for smooth execution.

Market Analysis & Reporting

• Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer feedback.
• Prepare periodic sales reports and forecasts for management review.
• Suggest improvements to strengthen market positioning.

3. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Instrumentation / Electronics / Automation / related field.
• 8–10 years’ experience in Sales & Marketing of Building Automation Solutions / ELV / HVAC projects.
• Proven track record of project sales and target achievements.

Key Skills/ Knowledge:

• Experience with React or any JS frontend frameworks

• 1+ year year experience working with chatbots is a plus
• 2+ years hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services
• Working knowledge of Machine Learning, techniques, algorithms, natural language processing
