Role & Responsibilities

• Play an active role in designing and validating new experiences via mockups, wireframes, flow diagrams, sketches, and other UX artefacts.
• Conduct quick rounds of usability testing.
• Build strong relationships with cross functional stakeholders to drive user focus, creativity, efficiency, and product excellence.
• Effectively use quantitative and qualitative data to drive decisions and measure success.
• Collaborate with the research, product, business and engineering teams to build scalable and impactful solutions.
• Own from end-to-end 1-2 product charters and be responsible for their success along with your product team counterparts.
• Deliver the expected design support in a successful & timely fashion, for the projects that are currently in progress under your charters, while also providing a helping hand to any team-member who might require some help.

We are looking for a Technical Architect to join our Team in Bangalore. This is hands-on position. Your focus will be as a ‘force-multiplier’, coaching, mentoring and acting as an escalation point for the Engineers within your area.

This is a role with a lot of variety, ranging from designing architecture, pair programming, helping Engineers debug an issue to working with Product Managers on how to achieve a product requirement.

You will work closely with other Lead Engineers and the Engineering Director to set out the roadmaps across our products to align with the architectural and technology vision. We expect you to be opinionated and bring your passion to helping us continually innovate.

You will work closely with and interact with stakeholders inside and outside of IT, contributing directly to how the wider IT team works together and makes the best use of technology.

Travel within India and abroad may be necessary and flexibility is required to meet the demands of the post, including occasional weekend work. The post holder may be reasonably required to work from any INTO or Partner location at any time.

• Product development-oriented: leading the architecture and design of a multi-tenant, cloud-native platform that hosts the IoT and Analytics apps architecting integration engine with connectors to handle and consume structured and unstructured data from different sources (customers ERP systems, external meta-data, etc) designing frameworks to support Big Data Analytics and real-time actionability based on predictive ML models driving the development of company's IoT platform dashboard and mobile applications with support from UX consultant.
• Internal team-oriented: building and a mentoring team of software developers planning and managing project timelines towards meeting roadmap goals and customer deliverables driving the team towards a test-driven and documented codebase.
• Customer-facing: work with customer's technical team to understand requirements architect and draft solution proposals integrate with customers' existing systems.

Requirements:

• Customer experience-related software development projects.
• In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience of time-series (relational or NoSQL-based) databases.
• Experience in integrating multiple Big Data solutions and legacy database systems.
• Experience in designing high volume data chains, i.e. messaging queues, streaming, processing large amounts of structured and unstructured data for IoT eco-system.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise application frameworks like spring/apache software integration web services (SOAP/RESTful), ESB SDLC tools (Git, Automated Testing Frameworks) cloud platforms (Azure, AWS), and containers (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience in building Big Data, AI, Machine Learning analytics pipelines.
• Familiarity with security requirements in IoT space & wireless sensor networks is a plus.

• The primary focus should be on creating characters, backgrounds, and scene transitions, bringing creative ideas and concepts to life.
• Job duties will revolve around designing and producing images; they include Producing special effects and action graphics, Creating frames and characters, Designing advertisements and websites, Inking, Coloring, etc.
• 2D Character Animation in Animate CC.
• Animating scenes according to the concept requirement.
• Creating character & backgrounds.
• 2-3 years of Experience in animation for Games/cartoons/nursery rhymes/videos/storybooks, etc. would be preferred.
• In addition, need to work with art directors, artists, editors, and producers to create their final designs so interpersonal skills are also required.

Responsibilities

• Build pixel-perfect UIs across both mobile platforms.
• Leverage native APIs for deep integrations with both platforms.
• Diagnose and fix bugs and performance bottlenecks for performance that feels native.
• Maintain code and write automated tests to ensure the product is of the highest quality.

• 1- 3 years as a professional software developer.
• Experience with React, React Native and Redux
• Experience with at least one native mobile platform (bonus points if you moved to React Native from iOS or Android development).
• Firm grasp of the JavaScript language and its nuances, including ES6+ syntax. Knowledge in TypeScript is a plus point.
• Knowledge of functional and object-oriented programming.
• Familiarity with native build tools, like Xcode & Android Studio.
• Understanding of REST APIs, the document request model, and offline storage.
