As a Program Manager, you will drive strategic, cross-functional initiatives that improve how we plan, operate, and scale. You’ll lead high-impact programs that bring structure, clarity, and momentum to complex business problems, with a strong focus on data-driven, scalable execution.

You will collaborate closely with teams across Growth, Marketing, Operations, and Tech to align priorities, streamline processes, and ensure our systems evolve with the pace of the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and drive high-impact strategic programs from ideation to execution, ensuring each initiative contributes to business growth.
• Break down complex, ambiguous problems into structured, actionable plans and lead execution across teams.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Operations to align goals, remove bottlenecks, and deliver scalable outcomes.
• Lead cross-functional project planning, development, and execution, translating strategy into measurable results.
• Partner with Analytics and Business Intelligence teams to ensure data-backed decision-making.
• Identify new business improvement opportunities and co-create strategies with leadership.
• Track key performance metrics, identify trends, and drive course-correction using real data.
• Bring clarity to chaos by defining processes, streamlining operations, and ensuring team alignment.

What We Are Looking For

• Graduation from a Tier 1 college (IITs, IIMs, NITs, ISB, or equivalent).
• 3–5 years of experience in Program Management, Strategic Planning, Business Operations, or Demand Planning, preferably in high-growth environments.
• Strong business acumen and understanding of how demand planning impacts growth, revenue, and customer experience.
• A structured problem-solver who can simplify complex challenges into scalable solutions.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Mandatory Criteria :

Experience in Program Management / Strategic Planning / Demand Planning.

Job Description

Position: Data Engineer

Experience: Experience 5+ years of relevant experience

Location :  WFO (3 days working) Pune – Kharadi, NCR – Gurgaon , Bangalore

Employment Type:  contract for 3 months-Can be extended basis performance and future requirements

Skills Required:

 • Proficiency in SQL, AWS, data integration tools like Airflow or equivalent. Knowledge on using tools like JIRA, GitHub, etc. 

 • Data Engineer who will be able to work on the data management activities and orchestration processes. 

Accountant

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Preparing accounting entries and reconciling general ledgers

• Providing detailed analysis and explanation of transactions

• Working with the company’s accounts payable functions – maintaining invoice payment, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of payments

• Preparing monthly financial and various detailed reports

• Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements

• Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary

• Taking care of tax returns and making sure they’re paid in time

• Finding and addressing any discrepancy in accounting

Qualification & Experience:

• Min 5 years work experience as an Accountant

• Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures, including the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)

• Hands-on experience with accounting software like Tally prime

• Advanced MS Excel skills including V Lookups and pivot tables

• BSc in Accounting, Finance or relevant degree

• Proficiency in Java, with a good understanding of its ecosystems
• Sound knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) Patterns and Concepts
• Familiarity with different design and architectural patterns
• Skill for writing reusable Java libraries

Thingworx Developer/Sr Developer

Required experience range between 3-6 years.

• Thingworx Navigate experience desired
• Languages - Java, JavaScript & CSS
• Experience in Core Java, Java collections & Oops Concept
• Databases – MySQL, MS-SQL
• Having good working knowledge with XML, JSON.
• Design and Application development using Thingworx version - (8.2,8.5,9.X)
• ThingWorx service creation using JavaScript

• ThingWorx mashups design and development
• Data storage in ThingWorx - Stream/Value Stream/Data Tables

• The candidate should have more than 2+ years of experience in Manual testing, Developing, and executing test cases.
• Minimum 2 years of experience with selenium web driver is required also needs to have strong Java coding skills.
• Selenium with Java, Selenium Eclipse automation, API automation experience is good to have.
• Exposure to working in Agile/Scrum environment.
• Experience in Web Testing and Mobile Testing is a must.
• Understanding of QA metrics and reporting.
• Should have knowledge of Defect Management, Bug life cycle, Performance management.
