Role Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee a variety of projects focused on design, marketing campaigns, branding, websites, and tech development.

Plan project timelines, allocate tasks, monitor progress, and ensure timely delivery.

Act as the key point of contact between clients and internal teams (designers, developers, marketers, social media managers).

Coordinate team efforts to maintain high standards of quality, creativity, and performance.

Identify project risks, suggest solutions, and proactively manage any roadblocks.

Maintain clear project documentation and provide regular status updates to management.

Ensure that all projects stay within budget, timeline, and defined scope.

Ideal Candidate:

1–2 years of project management experience (preferably in a digital marketing or creative agency environment).

Hands-on experience managing design, marketing, and tech projects.

Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills.

Basic understanding of digital marketing strategies, branding processes, UI/UX design, and website development.

Familiarity with project management tools like Trello, ClickUp, or Notion is a plus.

Proactive, solution-oriented, and able to maintain a positive approach under pressure.

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, with at least 6+ years of expertise in software development, architecture, and team leadership. As the Engineering Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the technical direction of our software development team, architecting robust solutions, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality software products.

Key Responsibilities:

·   Architect and lead the development of scalable, high-performance web applications utilizing Node.js / Javascript and MySQL with good to have experience in Angular.

·   Provide technical leadership and guidance to the software development team, overseeing backend and frontend development efforts.

·   Lead by example, demonstrating a commitment to collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement within the engineering organization.

Qualifications:

·      Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.

·      Proven track record as an Engineering Manager or in a similar leadership role within software development.

·      Proficiency in JavaScript, with expertise in Node.js.

·      Experience working with technologies such as Redis, GraphQL, Messaging Brokers like Kafka or RabbitMQ, Integrating third party APIs

·      Experience in architecting and developing high-load, scalable web applications using modern frontend and backend technologies.

·      Strong proficiency in RESTful API design, microservices architecture, and distributed systems.

·      Demonstrated expertise in database design, optimization, and management, particularly with MySQL.

·      Familiarity with frontend technologies such as Angular desirable.

·      Experience with Agile development methodologies and DevOps practices.

·      Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

·      Experience with modern development tools and technologies, including Git, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, etc.

Job Overview      :

3. Should have worked on Architect / Consultant role in the tech stack.
4. Proficient in Object Oriented Programming.
5. Experience in performing SQL queries on a RDMS especially in PostgreSQL.
6. Extensive experience in Angular Front end and Node – Express server side.
7. Good at API development & integration, debugging and fixing the issues with API.

• Administers overall setup, configuration and maintenance of the Salesforce.com platform for the various divisions
• Performs system administration functions such as user management (profiles and roles), field and validation rule configuration, record types, picklists, page layout management, mobile setup, data management, email templates, folder management, and public groups, as well as other configuration items
• Validation rules, Reports, Workflow, Process Builder as per business requirements
• Responsible to analyze, troubleshoot and solve the delivery/production (tier 2 or tier 3) team reported issues.
• Partner with Product Development to resolve customer reported bugs.
• Ability to reliably and correctly estimate your time to resolve technical problems and a clear understanding of your limitations for escalation purposes.
• Meet individual performance goals, including weekly and/or annual efficiency goals.
