Job Description

This is a remote position.

Role Overview

As a Software Craftsperson I, you will have 2+ years or experience and will work on well-defined tasks as part of a team, building strong software engineering fundamentals and gradually increasing your independence.

You’ll work closely with experienced engineers, ask questions, seek feedback, and learn the team’s ways of working. You’ll contribute to building reliable, maintainable software while developing your skills in coding, testing, debugging, tooling, and documentation.

At Incubyte, AI is part of how we craft software. You’ll use AI to explore solutions, learn faster, improve code, write and review tests, debug issues, and get quick feedback — while developing a strong understanding of the fundamentals behind the work.

Deliver well-defined tasks on time, with increasing independence and support from experienced engineers when needed.

Write clear, reliable, and maintainable code by following established team patterns and practices.

Build strong fundamentals in testing, debugging, tooling, and documentation.

Requirements

What We're Looking For

Expertise in Ruby on Rails, Test Driven Development, React, React.js or JavaScript, and TypeScript 

Strong skills in object-oriented programming, data structures, algorithms, and software engineering methodologies 

Ability to design and develop web architecture and optimize existing infrastructure 

Experience working in Agile and eXtreme Programming methodologies within a continuous deployment environment 

Interest in mastering technologies like web server ecosystems, relational DBMS, TDD, CI/CD tools 

Knowledge of server configuration and deployment infrastructure 

Experience using source control, bug tracking systems, writing user stories, and technical documentation

Need High Level React Native Developer who has worked with multiple applications, Healthcare knowledge is preferable, Understand existing code and optimize it, along with create new functionalities and usability.

Should Understand Data and how to handle large volume of data in application both online and offline in application and communicate to our backend using Rest APIs

* Competencies in working with technologies like AJAX, MySQL, JSON, HTML,

Responsibilities

• Responsible for end-to-end development (front-end to back-end) eb based applications
• Design and develop robust, scalable and highly efficient website
• Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the application
• Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs
• Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation

Skills

• Strong development experience in Java, JavaScript on Node.js
• Proficiency in full stack web application development (MEAN stack)
• Strong programming skills with experience in design, coding, and testing
• Proficiency with relational databases such as MySQL
• Good understanding of server-side CSS preprocessors (such as Sass, based on project requirements)
• Good experience with AJAX, REST and JSON
• Experience with AWS cloud services will be an added advantage
• Understanding of Source Control tools for version control: GIT/SVN

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject
• 2 - 6 years of hands on experience developing, implementing and delivering web applications
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills 

• You will hold the beacon for development and user experience at a company while helping us scale from 3 million users to 50 million users
• Build performance and effective new features by participating in the overall application lifecycle
• Build modular, reusable, performant, and optimal features both in frontend and backend
• Code, debug, troubleshoot, deliver
• Help maintain and improve existing data structures while planning and implementing new model data structures for scalability
• Continuously improve stability and performance of company’s tech platform
• Be the user’s voice and help make product decisions
• Exhibits knowledge and behavior to adopt Information Security and Privacy practices at their work.

• 1 - 4 years experience as a Full-Stack Developer
• In-depth understanding of the entire web development process (design, development, and deployment)
• Proficiency with Nodejs, MongoDB, AWS.
• Proficiency with front-end languages (e.g. HTML, JavaScript, and CSS)
• Team Building & Leadership
