About the Role

We are looking for a well-presented, confident, and professional Front Desk Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our organization. The candidate will be responsible for managing the reception area, welcoming visitors, handling calls and correspondence, and supporting day-to-day administrative activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and professionally assist visitors, clients, partners, and guests.
• Manage the reception desk and ensure a professional first impression of POSSPOLE.
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and general enquiries.
• Maintain visitor records and coordinate visitor access with the concerned teams.
• Manage meeting room bookings and assist with meeting arrangements.
• Receive and distribute courier, mail, and other deliveries.
• Coordinate with HR, Admin, and other departments for routine requirements.
• Maintain reception and common areas in an organized and presentable manner.
• Support basic administrative and office coordination activities.
• Maintain confidentiality of company and visitor information.
• Handle other front-office responsibilities assigned by the management.

About the Role:

•  As a Senior QA Engineer, you will play a crucial role in defining and shaping the product's quality roadmap. This position offers significant flexibility and the opportunity to take on comprehensive responsibilities across the engineering stack at Poshn.

•  You will be involved in lean experimentation to develop digital experiments that accelerate evidence-based decision- making, influencing product, business, and commercial strategies.

•  Collaborate with UX and Data Engineering teams to ensure our products and services meet critical customer needs, thereby delivering outstanding customer and business value.

•  Initiative in system improvements at both the design and implementation levels is expected as Poshn expands.

Responsibilities:

•  Collaborate closely with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to grasp business objectives and convert them into quantifiable testing goals.

•  Develop and manage testing environments tailored to validate application functionalities according to the established requirements.

•  Lead comprehensive QA projects from start to finish, ensuring robust execution and adherence to project goals.

•  Craft, maintain, and execute a suite of test cases for both manual and automated testing to ensure product scalability and efficiency.

•  Perform thorough testing processes, streamline onboarding procedures for new platforms, and conduct detailed analysis to identify the root causes of issues and recommend viable solutions.

•  Assume full responsibility for the quality assurance aspects of the product, ensuring efficient communication and timely delivery of tasks.

•  Guide and mentor junior members of the QA team, setting high standards for quality and adherence to best practices in software testing.

•  You have a minimum of 3 years of experience in quality assurance, particularly in testing web and mobile applications.

Technical Experience We’d Love to See:

•  Experience in both manual and automated testing, with strong analytical skills to identify bottlenecks and inconsistencies.

•  Knowledge of CI/CD practices using bitbucket pipelines, performance and memory tuning, and security testing
