Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning and execution of end-to-end project management using Agile, SCRUM, or Safe methodologies.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines.
• Manage and facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews.
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality deliverables through effective project tracking and risk management.
• Utilize Jira extensively for project tracking, sprint planning, backlog grooming, dashboards, and reporting.
• Prepare and deliver regular status reports, metrics, and updates to leadership and stakeholders.
• Manage project risks, issues, changes, and dependencies to ensure successful delivery.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience as a Project Manager or Scrum Master in an Agile/SCRUM/SAFe environment (Jira).
• Proven experience in Full Lifecycle / End-to-End Project Management.

Requirements: 

• BE or  B Tech or MCA from a reputed college.
• 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Proficient in Manual Testing of Mobile App, Web, and API
• Proficient in using Automation Tool like Selenium, Jmeter or other Automation Test Frameworks
• Proficient in implementing DevOps best practices
• Extensive knowledge of QA process improvement and enhancement
• Effective verbal and written communication
• Working Knowledge of SQL
• Practical Knowledge of GIT/SVN
• Understanding of Jira

You should have:

• Tech or a higher degree in computer science or a related field.
• 1+ years of experience working on the back-end development for complex distributed systems who are willing to adopt any Programming language as per the requirement.
• Familiarity with any of the following – Java, C++, Scala, Kotlin, and frameworks like Spring, Play, Hibernate, Django, etc.
• Good understanding of Algorithms, Data Structure, OOP, Design patterns, Parallel programming, Multithreading concepts & Event-Driven Systems.
• Experience with Relational databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, or any NoSQL database.

It’s a plus if you have:

• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
• Worked on Micro-services architecture

• Crafting the performance marketing strategy for the company and managing the overall online marketing calendar around the same
• Managing all online properties of the brand
• Measuring ROI and a set of other KPIs, based on in-depth analysis of standard digital metrics
• Liaising with multiple agencies, as well as internal offline and traditional marketing teams to devise and execute innovative marketing campaigns throughout the year
  
  

• 5+ years experience in Digital Marketing with experience in Digital Advertising, Website Management, Lead Generation, and/or Lifecycle Marketing
• Experience with problem-solving and analytical skills including conducting qualitative and quantitative research, analyzing data, data visualization, developing hypotheses, synthesizing insights & recommendations
• Experience with digital and web analytics and data tracking tools (e. g., Google Analytics, ) and SQL
• Website management and technology experience including CMS, HTML, CSS, and Javascript
• Experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns
• Experience using various Facebook Interfaces: Ads Manager, Power Editor, Business Manager, Page Insights
• Experience with ad serving tools and DSPs (e. g., DoubleClick, Adobe Advertising Cloud)
• Experience working both strategically as well as in an executional capacity to build and deploy the campaign
• Experience presenting ideas to several stakeholders at once
• Experience collaborating and coordinating with internal and external cross-functional teams
• Experience with digital marketing and digital measurement latest trends and best practices
