We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Sr. Technical Recruiter to join our team at our Indore office. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in recruiting for technical positions, with the ability to source and attract top talent across various technology domains.

Key Responsibilities:

● Sourcing Talent: Actively use multiple job portals such as Naukri.com, LinkedIn, Monster, and other recruitment platforms to source and attract candidates for technical roles.

● Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process from initial candidate sourcing to final offer negotiations, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for all parties involved.

● Technical Acumen: Possess a sound understanding of various technologies, including but not limited to Ruby on Rails (RoR), React JS, Java, .NET, PHP, Python, Android/Mobile development, to assess and recruit for diverse technical roles.

● In-House Recruitment: Experience in both in-house and international recruitment, ensuring the ability to handle a diverse set of hiring needs.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

● Experience in in-house or international recruitment, with a focus on technical roles.

● Proficient in using job portals such as Naukri.com, LinkedIn, Monster, and other relevant platforms.

● Strong understanding of various technical stacks like ROR, React JS, Java, .NET, PHP, Python, Android/Mobile Development.

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage candidate interactions and coordinate with internal teams.

● Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet tight deadlines, and handle multiple priorities simultaneously.

Role: Pre Sales Executive

Exp: 4+ Years

CTC: up to 6 LPA

Key Requirements:

· Languages: Fluency in Marathi, Hindi, and English is mandatory.

· Experience: Minimum 4 years of pre-sales experience in a reputed organization.

· Industry: Preference for candidates from real estate or financial services (e.g., American Express, banking, insurance).

· Location: Willingness to work full-time from the Songbirds Sales Office.

· Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.

· Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and excellent in follow-up and communication.

Preferred Qualification:

· Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.

The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. This candidate should have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and should be energetic to execute a particular strategy.

· Deal with direct buyers and investors to sell Indian Real estate projects · Identify partnership opportunities with Corporates.

· Develop new relationships with developers to grow business and help company expand.

· Coordinating with developer’s Relationship Managers

· Aggressively doing client meetings.

· Maintain existing business prospects.

· Think critically when planning to assure project’s success.

· Responsible to generate the revenue by selling Indian properties to NRI & Indian customers

Minimum of 8 to 10 years of experience in Report building and Business Intelligence with

Profound knowledge on Oracle BI Publisher and BI Analytics with Oracle Fusion HCM domain especially in Core HR, Payroll and Absences modules

Primary skill:

• Experience generating BI publisher reports, dashboards and drill-down reports
• BI Publisher (RTF design/ eText/ Scheduling/ Parameter Handling/Bursting/backup and migration of reports to different pods)
• Design Oracle BI Publisher Data Models, Data sets and Templates/sub-templates
• Strong PL/SQL and Advanced PL/SQL experience
• Solid understanding of performance tuning best practices and experience improving end-to-end processing times
• Knowledge on the data models related to Fusion HCM (Core HR, Absence and Payroll modules)

Nice to have skills:

• Experience generating BI publisher reports, dashboards and drill-down reports
• Strong OBI Administrator activity
• Create mobile applications with Oracle Business Intelligence Mobile App Designer
• Use BI Mobile to access BI Content
• Create and modify Interactive Dashboards
• Knowledge of additional reporting tools viz. HCM Extract / OTBI / Analysis Dashboard would be an added advantage
