Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on SDE 2 – Backend Developer (Node.js) who will play

a critical role in building scalable backend systems, integrating AI-driven solutions,

and shaping Tamasha’s technical foundation.Key Responsibilities



Hands-on Engineering: Actively code, design backend architecture, and solve

complex technical problems.

 AI & Emerging Tech: Integrate AI agents, automation, and recommendation

systems.

 Scalable Infrastructure: Design secure, scalable cloud systems on GCP and

Azure.



DevOps & Deployment: Build and manage CI/CD pipelines and monitoring

systems.



Engineering Excellence: Ensure high-quality, secure, and performant code.

 Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, design, and business

teams.

 Team Building & Mentorship: Mentor engineers and support hiring initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience



3–4 years of backend development experience in a product-based company

 Strong expertise in Node.js (Express / NestJS)



Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases



Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (GCP / Azure)



Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices

 Strong understanding of system design and scalability

We are looking to expand our existing Python team across our offices in Surat. This position is for SDE-1 - Junior Software Engineer. 

The requirements are as follows:

1) Familiar with the Django REST API Framework.

2) Experience with the FAST API framework will be a plus

3) Strong grasp of basic python programming concepts (We do ask a lot of questions on this on our interviews)

4) Experience with databases like MongoDB , Postgres , Elasticsearch , REDIS will be a plus

5) Experience with any ML library will be a plus.

6) Familiarity with using git , writing unit test cases for all code written and CI/CD concepts will be a plus as well.

7) Familiar with basic code patterns like MVC.

3) Proficient with building/managing relational databases

4) Any perl based web frameworks (Mojolicious, Catalyst, Dancer, CGI Application, or anything else)

Mandatory Requirement/ Preference:

1.PowerBuild technology experience with minimum 8+ years

1. Excellent command on ASP.NET, Angular5/6/7/any version, MVC, Sql Server.
2. Should have strong debugging skills on Developer Tools of the browser and Working with Cross Browser UI

4.Working knowledge of the Microsoft Windows Platform and Microsoft Office applications.

1. Detailed technical knowledge of Angular any version, C#.Net (Visual Studio) development tools.
2. Experience with DevExpress components desirable.
